Cant wait for this eppie. plenty of fanservice, even from Li and Lo( burning_eyes ). plus Mai n TyLee character development. Should be a good watch.

speaking of that game, it looks really cool. and zuko looks so good playing it. 4laugh

interesting tidbit from Dongbufeng
"First off, an interesting thing to note is that "The Beach" plot with Zuko, Azula and company was originally intended to be a B-Story (by that I mean the secondary storyline - like Zuko;s part of the episode in most of season 1 and 2 episodes). Through discussion the staff decided to make it the main story and have the Aang Gang's story by the B-part of this episode. One of the reasons for the change was there was the chance of more character development for some Fire Nation villains like Azula, Ty Lee and Mai."

well that was the preview after sokkas master, but go to turbo nick and theres a new preview up on turbonick
more tidbits:
"Think about episodes 1.12 and 2.01. 3.05 will tie together some of the things we saw in these episodes. Exciting, eh? (So NOT filler!)
Nickelodeon's Standards and Practices division, the sector of the network that deems whats "right" and "what's not" for Nick broke into this episode a bit. Originally, at one of the earliest story sessions for the episode, co-creator and Art Director Bryan Konietzko designed Azula, Ty Lee and Mai in their bathing suits. However these designs were "too sexy for Nick" and had to be redone. C'mon! Standards also interfered with the ending, more on that after the episode airs (hopefully).
And one more bit today: The episode will take place on a place called "Ember Island," which is sort of like the Fire Nation's Nantucket or Martha's Vineyard. That's fun stuff. Also Ember Island is "intentionally and symbollically" named."

ok last one! things are shaping up to be quite interesting surprised
"The setting of the main story, earlier revealed to be "Ember Island," will also be featured in at least one more episode. Keep that in mind, as well as the fact that Admiral Chan from episode 3.01 (whose named for a later season 3 writer) has a house on the island.
And last but not least, the staff chose the movie "The Breakfast Club" as a reference for this. So if you've seen the movie, you'll see the little allusions to the movie. Fittingly, during the animatic phase (just consectuive black and white drawings, step before animation) episode director Joaquim Dos Santos put the song "Don't You Forget About Me" over the ending of the episode!"

I totally agree! This is episode was awesome and really funny, I loved it!! It has to be up there on my favorites.. I can't choose one favorite, but that is definitely one of them now. xd heart

Greate episode. It had the three elements that ever good episode needs. Action, Comedy, and Drama. The battle was pretty nice, but forehead beams from armored up freaks isnt really avatars style. Zuko and Mai still emo as ever, azula a jealous devient. Her volleyball rant was incredible. Li and Los booty touch was very anti climatic.
Azula trying to flirt...priceless.
O and SIX Ty Lees! I'm in heaven.

great episode indeed, it had a lot of drama, just enough action, and great pay back in the end ;p and yea i agree that i was really priceless with azula flerting XD i was laughing my butt off because of it XD

Great episode.. it made me feel very happy for a moment, but then the magical brake up ended crying
I found it rather stupid of Zuko to destroy his family picture, Ty Lee was really right about knowing Zuko.. He DOES care, just doesn't know it himself.. Oh dear how far can this go.. you know, I am personally confused now.. If they keep developing all the characters sooo much, I'll start to love them all xp .. And then I can't distinguish good and bad in the end anymore.. (Not that I will ever choose a party above The Gaang, but..) Personal dilemma gonk
Oh and the AGONY.. WHY didn't they brake up?? WHYYYYYYYYY????????
*sighs*
Oh there's more ZOMG!!11 ..
That creepy new villian is really different.. where does he get his powers from and WHAT is he for God's sake?
Btw, there was not much Sokka in this eppie..

They were definitely teenagers.
So the 3 eyed guy uses his stomach? Also I wonder how much Zuko is paying him XD.
There is sooo much kissing. geeezus~!
I wonder if they'll play in Ty-Lee's 5 twins?
Also Azula really is just hilarious.
Zuko needs to cut his hair, its a really weird color and length.
