Good luck. The counselors my friends have had and all the ones in our schools aren't that great, hopefully yours will at least be professional.

Pretty When I Cry I'm going to need to start seeing a counselor. Like therapist? I go to mine off and on. My psychiatrist keeps asking me why I'm not going... next time I'm just gunna say cuz I don't like talking to her, not comfortable straight out talking.

-learned at an early age that 90% of therapists/psychiatrists/whatever ya wanna call em give up pretty quickly once you refuse to say one word to them-
think i went through 6 or 7 different "doctors" before i finally got my parents to give up
same with the meds, everytime i got a new psychiatrist, they gave me a new pill, so i just stopped taking them all a few years ago xp

I still do pills. I like writing in a notebook better than talking to a psych. There are somethings I can't tell Tommy, but the things I can tell him, I do. He's somewhat of a release for me. I try not to dump it on other people too much though.
Journal is a good idea. It doesn't care what you tell it, it won't tell on you and it won't roll its eyes or do a big deep sigh to let you know it's heard enough.
Nor will it take your money.
