Quite frankly, I've absolutely no idea where this conlang is gonna go. However, I do know that I'll have case changes, and both regular and irregular verbs. Enjoy! ^_^
You may post! In fact, I encourage you to give me your input! =D
EDIT: I have gone through this thread and changed quite a lot. Please feel free to critique what I've done.

Foticion yut Pronuhnco (Phonetics and Pronunciation):
A - "a" in "father" - Ah B - "b" in "boy" - Be C - "s" in "sing" - Ce D - "d" in "dog" - De E - "ay" in "say" - E F - "f" in "frog" - Ehf G - "g" in "go" - Ge H - "h" in "hop" - Ha I - "ee" in "sweet" - I J - "j" in "je" (zh) - Ji K - "k" in "keep" - Ki L - "l" in "lamp" - Elle M - "m" in "May" - Emme N - "n" in "no" - Enne O - "o" in "oh" - O P - "p" in "pet" - Pe R - Rolled in your throat. I dunno how to describe it, but it's similar to the French and German one - Erre S - "s" in "sit" - Esse T - "t" in "top" - Te U - "oo" in "food" - U W - "v" in "very" - We Y - "y" in "yelp" - Ye Z - "z" in "zoo" - Zehdde
Dipfon yut Klustan (Diphthongs and Clusters):
ae - "a" in "cat" oa - "oi" in "toi" ei - "eye" ai - "eye"
uh - "u" in "mud" ih - "i" in "sit" eh - "e" in "medical" e (at the end of words greater than one syllable in length) - "uh"
ch - "sh" in "shop" tz - "ts" in "sits" kh - "ch" in "nach" cz - "ch" in "chomp" dj - "j" in "jump"
cion - "sun" with a "y" sound after the "s" - "syuhn"
IMPORTANT! = If you see two of the same consonant next to each other, put a slight pause in them. The only exception is "rr" in which you simply elongate the sound.
In Ijwe all spelling is regular and phonetic. Wasn't that nice of me? ;D
Czehm (Stress):
All syllables contain either a single vowel or a diphthong and nothing more vowel-wise, but can have an infinite(though I won't go that far, I promise.) number of consonants.
The stress in Ijwe falls on every 2nd syllable in a word.
Example: "Wokaebular" (Vocabulary) = "wo-KAE-bu-LAR"
However, if the word only contains 2 syllables, then you should stress the first syllable.
Example: "Ijwe" (Tongue/Language) = "IJ - we"
Also, sometimes only the 2nd to last syllable is stressed.
Example: "Perzonelle" (Personal) = "per - zon - EL - le"
I don't really have an in-set rule for stress, it just kinda... depends on the word... But at the same time, it's not completely unpredictable... I dunno. Use your initial thought or best judgment, that's all. sweatdrop

Werbuhn yut Konjemos (Verbs and Conjugation):
Pronuhnen Perzonellen (Personal Pronouns):
Nominatte (Nominative):
I - ikh you - tu he - ille she - zille it - es
we - nu you all - wu they (animate) - zi they (inanimate) - ji ------- Pozehsse (Possesive):
my (ikh)- nikh your (tu) - tun his (ille)- illen her (zille)- zillen its (es)- nes
our (nu)- nun your (wu)- wun their (inanimate) (ji)- jin their (animate) (zi)- zin
Werbuhn Irregularn (Irregular Verbs):
All of these verbs are irregular and the only way to use them correctly is to memorize their forms.
to be - zein
ikh - benne tu - et ille/zille/es - neste
nu - zeit wu - somme zi/ji - zihnd
Command form: Singular = czi, Plural = czin
to have - habu
ikh - ab tu - a ille/zille/es - hatte
nu - zabei wu - zab zi/ji - habte
Command form: Singular = bu, Plural = bun
Werbuhn Regularn (Regular Verbs):
Let's start with the basic chart and endings first, then I'll give an example:
Irfinit (Infinitive): -- os
ikh: -- os tu: -- us ille/zille/es: -- oas
nu: -- on wu: -- un zi/ji: -- oan
Example:
to speak = ijwos
ikh ijwos tu ijwus ille/zille/es ijwoas
nu ijwon wu ijwun zi/ji ijwoan

Nuhnen yut jin Modirn (Nouns and their Modifiers):
Plun (Plurality):
To make any noun plural, add "n" at the end; if the noun already ends in an "n" then place "ne" at the end.
If a plural noun or pronoun is being modified, then you must also add the "n" or "ne" to the end of the adjective.
Jenitte (Gender):
I was originally going to have genders for nouns, but I've decided not to because I find it to be annoying and a tax on memory. So lucky you! =D
The pronouns have gender as you've seen, but nothing needs to be modified in regards to having gender agreement. ^_^
Aedjitten (Adjectives)
Adjectives are always placed directly after whatever noun they are modifying. Example:
good dog = hunt behna
dog = hunt good = behna

Sutran Ijweno yut Klauzn (Sentence structure and Clauses):
Ijwe sentence structure is SVO. Also, only one verb per clause is conjugated. The second verb is kept in the infinitive and sent to the end of the sentence/clause. (This is similar to German.)
Examples:
I want to see! = Ikh magos weros! She wants to see! = Zille magoas weros! ----
Case
These endings are attached to every noun to decipher their cases:
Nominatte (Nominative/subject): --
Akusatte (Accusative/direct object): --m
Datte (Dative/indirect object): --myu
Genihtte (Genitive/ "of the" ): the particle "peh" is placed in between the two words.
Example: czo peh jo = day of the week
day = czo week = jo
which is different than saying something like
jo peh czo = week of the day
Commands:
In order to make a sentence a command, one must change the ending of the verb. Here are the steps:
First, conjugate the verb normally. So to say something like, "You are coming." as a statement, you would say "Tu komus."
Second, drop the final "-s". (Or the final "-n" in the plural forms.) Now we have "Tu komu"
Lastly, add "wa" to the end of the verb and drop the pronoun. If the command has a plural pronoun, add "wan" instead.
So now we have dropped the pronoun and added "wa" in order to make the command "Komuwa!" ("Come!")
If commanding a group of people, it would be "Komuwan!" ("All of you, come!")
Questions
In order to form a yes-no (yae-nein) question, all you do is switch the positions of the subject and the verb and add a hyphenation in the middle.
Example:
Do you see? - Werus-tu?
