Does anyone know anything about a Sonic RPG for the DS by Bioware...outside of what I just said?

I'm hoping the game is nothing like the PS3/360 game. I'm hoping it has a nice, classic story.

I'm anxious to actually hear some real info about this game. You'd think that Bioware would be generous enough to give us SOMETHING to drool over; a screenshot or a piece of concept art or something, at this point. Guess they feel like being secretive for now. : p

Though his games are usually action-based, I think it's about time he got his own official RPG. I say official cuz I've seen some attempts on Newgrounds. But if you think about it, it would be pretty logical for Sega to at least try an RPG with Sonic; Mario and Megaman have already tried it (Paper Mario, SuperMarioRPG - LOTSS, Megaman X: Command Mission, MegamanBattleNetworks).

I understand that there's a magazine by the name of Nintendo Power that's featuring an exclusive first look at the game in their next issue. If anyone reading this gets hold of that, would you mind either scanning it or giving some feedback on what you see?

I can't wait for that NP issue. I have to buy them off the stands again because my subscription conveniently expired and I didn't get notice as they switched companies....

Ah, this might be the best game yet. Hope it's for the Wii and the DS. I'll have to subsctribe to NP and GameInformer.....their issues are awesome.

BioWare do make excellent games - Baldurs Gate springs to mind off the top of my head.
So if this is true and they take their time on it, perhaps something could be made out of it.
But it would take a bit of time and work to get it to work out well....

I fear if Game Informer were to be the ones to have that "first look" article for the Sonic RPG. Those folks have had a HUGE thing against the Sonic series for a while now, so I wouldn't exactly expect a pleasant first impression from them on it.
