This area outside Kirigakure village, there are several mountain ranges and forests. There are areas where snow is very common plalce, there are several beaches and other locations around the village worth exploring.

Outside of the village, Scerin Nightwind was walking through the forest, away from the village. he had hidden in a cave near the beach, that no one could see unless you knew it was there. he had heard that all of the villages had been taken by the Akatsuki, and he smiled at that. he didn't care. he hated the mist village.

Mizuki appeared then on the beach. She had grown bored of sitting in her office all day and decided that she need some fresh air. As she breathed in the cold air she picked up the aura of another person nearby, and being bored like she was decided to investigate. She walked into a nearby cave, and saw then the person. "Oh hey Scerin, what are you doing out here?", She asked when she saw him.

"I want to you to stop creeping around in these caves," Mizuki replied paying no attention to the animal at his side,"Have you decided where you will go, in the resistance, in the akatsuki, or here as a loyal shinobi?"

"Unfortunately I know that my village will eventually fall to the akatsuki, so I may join the village with the resistance. Then again...", Mizuki said, deep in thought on how to lead her country through this tough time.

"Well anyways, until you do decide you are welcomed into the village, as long as you don't cause trouble. It would also be nice if you would be a shinobi helping Kiri..so will you help us? Or will you just go on to the resistance now?", Mizuki asked, she wanted to know if she could count on him to carry out a mission she had in mind.
