Ok, so I like this girl, Bri. Her best friend's name is Gabi .But she and Gabi are always hanging around this guy, Ari. Ari and Gabi like each other, but Ari also likes Bri, and no one can tell if she likes him back. So what do I do?

I completely lack of any experience on this kind of matters, but from what I've observed, people can sometimes give confusing signals. The closest thing I've experienced is a girl who thought I was in love with her. She asked me about it (maybe because I tend to be really nice with everyone around me, and she might have thinked that I was treating her in a "special" way), and I just told her that I don't get in love with people that easily, that I need to get to know how said person behaves, thinks, acts, etc. Of course: I was just trying to not hurt her feelings.
The underlying message is that, you will never know until the issue is addressed correctly through asking said person (Bri, in your case). Just do it in a casual, relaxed way. It would be really uncomfortable to ask her if she's in love with... Ari? ( mad D) straight out of the blue.

So just like - "Bri, do you like Ari?" Just like randomly? Hmm. I guess that would be the best way... I'm shy, though. Sometimes I wonder if she even notices the kid in black, and sometimes we talk like old friends. It's... wierd.

ah love...confuzing but blissful ^^
most people will not find their love so quickly so dont try to grow up to fast...life is a second long...you dont want to fast foward throght it...just let your life be fun, happy, and faithful to God...He allready knows the one for you, me,everyone.
so there is no need to fret
