[PRP] Brothers

[March Moth]

Nanuka was being lazy again, curled up along side a tree. His tail was tucked under his paws as he yawned deeply. Boy did he feel odd, hit paws felt heavy and his body felt longer and lean. Growing pains sucked. His golden eyes narrowed as he slowly moved himself to stand upon his paws, swearing to himself.

He felt SO tired but he wanted something to do. So slowly he walked away from his tree and sighed, trotting to the nearest waterhole.

From under the water of the watering hole, Ilori held his breath. Though he wasn't, by nature, a huge fan of water, he still loved playing a good joke on someone better than he disliked it. And when it came to his brother, bless his soul, Ilori would go to just about any lengths to catch him unawares.

So he waited... waited... waited... waited for just the right moment until his brother came within spitting distance, and then Ilori would spring his little trap. Growing pains or no, this would be far, far, far too much fun.

Nanuka’s eyes narrowed as he stopped and cocked his head to the side. Bubbles? The water was bubbling...? He didn’t understand. Stopping Nakuka frowned and held himself still for a moment, pondering to himself. Maybe it was nothing. Yeah, it was probably nothing.

Moving closer to the water he stopped and lowered his head to the water, slowly lapping up the cold goodness. It felt refreshing and he liked it. He was SO unaware right now, his mind was far off else where.

Ilori grinned underwater and lept up, straight towards Nanuka with as much force as he could manage, springing forth with water sloshing after him in a rather large wave, "NANUKA!" He cried loudly as he landed right on top of his brother.

He couldn't help but be very proud of himself. And his parents called him lazy sometimes. Yeah right, something like this took careful planning! Way more fun than hunting anyway.

“SUCHAJERKBOY!”

Nanuka cried as his brother pinned him down. Her whole boy bristled as he felt water cover his body. OH he just HATED water! How could he do this? THEY WERE BLOOD! Oh, this was war!

With a soft bite he quickly took at his brother’s neck and snarled playfully, warning him as he bore his claws.

“GET OFF!”

Ilori laughed, turning on his heel and backing off right away, "Chill out! You want to get all mad, you're going to have to catch me before you can start anything Na-Nu-Ka!" He called his brother in a sing-song voice, looking terribly pleased with himself.

He wasn't such a big fan of water either... but this had really been far to much fun to pass on!

Hissing at his other half the black male stood still and snarled before lunging at him with opened claws. He quickly found a suitable place on top of his brothers back and nipped at him madly around the ears, pretending to attack him with full force.

“Oh I’ll get you just yet, boy, you’ll see!”

Nanuka called out with a raspy tone, rolling his brother onto his side. He just hated getting wet. He rubbed his face against his brothers and laughed some.

“You win this time boy, but’ll get you back.”

"GAH! Ah Nanuka no!" Ilori cried, laughing and miserable at the same time, trying to crawl away, "That tickles! My ears!" he gasped for breath, unable to stop laughing. He smiled up at his brother when he was rolled over.

"You have to admit Nanuka, you totally fell right into that one." Ilori pointed out, lightly swatting his brother's head playfully, "I bet you can't come up with anything like that. There's nothing I hate more than you hate water." Except for maybe having to do work, but Ilori wasn't about to say that out loud.
