((Note: Spikes there as a prop pretty much, keepin the egglets warm >.> ))
Ahahnia paced back and forth, her beaded bracelet dangling. Her dual colored eyes darted around nervously. What was she going to tell him? Would he be mad. Oh gods. She was so happy, what he doesnt want a family? What if...."AHHH" she grumbled, very near to crying at this moment. She flopped down on the moss, putting her paws over her head.

Ahdahnia~ Ahdahnia~ Lalala. He was going to see his Ahdahnia~. Duncan grinned foolishly at his own silliness, and because he was happy. But he was always happy when he went back to her... why would this be any different?
But when he saw her his grin faltered and he immediately padded over to nuzzle her. What was wrong? Oh, he hated seeing her upset. Ahdahnia? What's wrong love? Please tell, please tell. He wanted to make it better. She should never have to do anything but smile.
It was then that he noticed Spike. Um... blink. Do wha? He hadn't spotted the eggs yet, his eyes kept getting drawn back to Danny. What was going on?...

Ahdahnia gave a startled yelp, but her eyes lit up once she saw Duncan, she nuzzled him, burrying into his fur. "I...i 'ave somezhing to tell vou...." she said softly, she was shaking she was so nervous. Nothing had ever been like this! She glanced over to spike, who was snoring peacefully. The eggs were tucked under his wing, against his stomach, so they couldnt be seen. Unless the angelic started flapping randomly, which was unlikely. She whimpered lightly. This was so difficult.

Duncan licked Ahdahnia's cheek and sat down. So... tell me. I don't like seeing you upset. :C A silly little over exagerated sad face to try and lighten her mood. Come on... it couldn't be that bad, could it? At least... he hoped not. He did notice her glancing over at Spike. So what did he have to do with it? Headtilt.

Ahdahnia sighed lightly "Vou remember...a few veeks ago...vhen ve first got togezher?" She asked, nipping at his ear. It was more of to relax herself. She was nervous as all heck. How could this have happened. Ohhh she hated herself.

Duncan blinked once and then gave a dreamy sort of nod. Then he fixed Ahdahnia with a stern look. I'll never forget THAT... now... please, just tell me. Please? You're making me worried. He nuzzled her to try and comfort her. Why was she so upset? DX

Ahdahnia giggled softly, and then remembered. She padded over to Spike and dug under his wing, she pulled out the blanket with two eggs, and placed them between her and Duncan, her eyes never left the two precious orbs "...somezhing came of zhat night...." she gulped, her eyes then lifted and searched his "i...." Anything. Anger, love, disbelief. Anything?

Duncan's eyes got big and his mouth made a little "o" as he leaned down to peer at the eggs point-blank. He nosed at one gently and felt it wiggle back against his nose. He sat back up, still looking at them with a slightly stunned expression, and then... bounced up, pranced around the blanket, and half-pounced Ahdahnia so he could nuzzle her, tails wagging furiously. He was careful of the eggs, of course. He grinned from ear to ear, whispering, "I'm a dad!"
If anyone were to look at him at the moment and think he was not happy about it... well... that person was very strange in the head.

Ahdahnia broke into her own grin. She was SO relieved he didnt take it badly "I'm so glad" she said with a nervous laugh, she nuzzled him back, nipping at his ear "Ve never discussed family....i vasnt sure vhat to expect" she smiled softly, but her eyes twinkled.
Oh Ahdahnia was happy now. Since the two were born, she'd been a nervous wreck. She feared the one man she dared love since...Aear, would leave her once knowing about the eggs.

Duncan kissed her soundly. "To me... family... most important. Best." He hoped his short and slightly choppy phrasing got the point across. Nothing meant more to Duncan than family. Though he couldn't help giggling on the inside at his mom's likely reaction of complaining that she wasn't old enough to be a granny right before she turned around and buried Ahdahnia in love and cookies and tried to ask her a bagillion questions since she was now officially part of the family.

Ahdahnia breathed a sigh of relief, and kissed him, nuzzling his cheeks. "Me too" she said with a grin. "I am zo happy Duncan...ve have a family!" she said with a happy grin. Tears of joy brimmed her dual colored eyes.

Duncan nodded and wagged his tails enthusiastically, licking her nose playfully with a grin. Family... his family. His mate. Wow.
He nosed at each of the eggs gently in turn, grinning in a rather goofy fashion. He tugged his notepad back over to him and scribbled on it before giving Ahdahnia a quizzical look. Boys, girls, or both, you think?

Ahdahnia giggled and curled up against Duncan, nuzzling the eggs and then her mate. "I zhink zhey are bozh girls...." she said with a light shrug, then her face lit up "Doze eet matter?" she asked with a giggle."Zis one looks like you" she said nuzzling the pale egg with the marking.

Duncan chuckled silently and shook his head. Doesn't really matter. Just fun. <3 He peered down at the pale colored egg and grinned. Actually... aside from the marking, it looks more like MY mom. Hehe. Though... the other one looks like you. He nosed at the bat marking with that silly little smile on his face.

Ahdahnia giggled, and licked Duncans maw, nuzzling into his darker fur "I vant to meet vour family....do zhey know about us?" she asked, her dual colored eyes glancing up at him absentmindedly. She drew the pale egg closer to her, and licked the one with the bat. She couldnt wait to see her girls!...wow...her girls...she was a mother.
