It's coming out soon, School has just been really busy this week, so I wasn't able to work on it to much, it should be done by Sunday, hopefully.

God, there's no Arbiter, the closet thing to that is that Elite that was at the first battle, he's the leader of the Covenant on the halo, and he's already mine for when the Covenant can be used.
