It had been a long time since Autsu had come here. He had found, in the interim, more important things to focus on. But he needed time to just be, and the skate park, with it's disinterested chaos, was good for such abandonement. So he'd dusted off his board, hopped on a bus, and come here.
It was busy, there was the park nearby, to draw children, and sometimes those children wandered over to watch, or try. And the young teens and teens that played at flying, with their wheels, well, a few waved, recognizing him. It wasn't his first time here. They did not stop to examine him, and so, perhaps did not see the changes. The weapons he carried, his height. The dark in his eyes, that was nothing new. Neither was his silence.
He entered the fray without deep thought, without consideration of anything but rhythm. The ramps and rails were comforting. The tricks he'd laberously taught himself came back like memories, and these were memories that he could face.
He passed a girl that smiled, and nodded to her. Did he have friends here? No. These were not allies, there was no trust. But the sun was hot, and the park was loud. He would not think of battle. Not right now.

Gabriel made his way over to his soon to be new house from his car , this was his first time to the house. He smiled , then looked at his crew. "Do you guys like" he asked. The first to respond was Libby. She flew up to his face , kind of pointed at the house then giggled. Ephesian watched Libby but didn't really get what was going on , and Autumnus looked the house up and down. Then kind of smirked as if he 'OKed' the house. The ducks could care less they just goofed off as normal.
Gabriel took Ephesian's hand and walked with the todlers , Libby and the Ducks followed. He was about to get in his car when he decided not to leave " Hey guys I'm not ready to go back home yet" he said in a half hearted voice. He looked around for some excuse to stay. He saw a park that was also for skaters , their where lots of people but not where the swings and slide where so he decided to take the gang over to that part.
He found a swing and put the twins inside , Libby hopped on and sat on the middle of Autumnus and Ephesian. Gabriel pushed the swing and watched the ducks at the same time. Gabriel was in deep thought when he saw a abnormal gaian. He didn't know what to think " could it be one?" he thought. He reflected on his chat with Archie. He herd his voice "And don't worry about keeping in touch, hardly anyone does." His mind wouldn't stop. Finally he stopped thinking by convincing himself that , what ever it was didn't see him , and he just kept pushing the swing.

Ahh, for all the resolutions lost within moments of their making. Autsu flew light and graceful from a ramp, opening his wings and landing with something nearing delicacy on his skateboard. As he kicked it up into his waiting fingers, his attention was caught, just barely, by a child in the distance.
Could it be? The list Archie had given him had included a two headed criminal, described in brief, but with enough unique detail to make this moment clear. How many two headed half fire toddlers could their be on Gaia? He did not, actually, want to go over. The child represented the cause, the fight that Autsu was trying to put out of his mind. He wanted very badly to put everything out of his mind.
But now he was standing in the way, beings of grace and wildness flying past him on their boards and their blades. Irritated, but none the less unwilling to fail in his duty, he walked over to where the children and the swings awaited.
"Greetings." He was, perhaps, not dressed his best for this moment. The weapons, on occasion, turned some heads. But he had not planned for this meeting. It was unclear whether he addressed his words to Gabriel, or to the children in the swing. "May I speak with you?"

Gabriel looked up at a man , a dark angel. "Holly Shi....P..". Gabriel was in deep thought when he herd a voice. He couldn't think or speak. All of a sudden he looked down at his chest , is was glowing like it did the first night he saw the monster who was terrorising his thoughts and dreams.
Gabriel stopped the swing and with a sudden movement he was in front of his children. Gabriel's face turned harsh. Soon the mystery man was surrounded by cocky hissing ducks , as if they where a threat to him. Gabriel knew he was no match but his loyal pixie was flying around the boys and Libby. It gave Gabriel some peace of mind. He quickly glanced at Ephesian who was smiling and jabbering to Libby , but when he saw Autumnus his eyes where uneasy.
Gabriel spoke "Do you know Archie?!" He let a big breath out. Then held his hand out for Autumnus to hold. He wasn't looking at the dark angel , he was looking at his gun. He waited from him to speak.

Right...
Autsu was not one to expect overt hostility. He saw himself as intimidating, but not threatening. Intimidating is what a guard was supposed to be, so it was an image he fostered. One he had to foster, if he was going to be of any use within his vocation. But here, in this moment, it was not as useful as he might have hoped. The man did not seem inclined to friendship. But the man was of only minor importance. It was the child who interested him.
"Yes, Archie is a comrade." That then, was proof. This man was the guardian of one of their own. If not for that, he might have simply walked away. He did not wish to seek a fight. "I am of those he found homes for. As are they, if I am right."
He gestured to the toddler in the swing, wondering if 'they' was the proper pronoun in such a situation.

He moved his hand out of Autumnus grip, he tried to think calmly. " Hes in an open place , why would he want to kill me , he doesn't seem to want to steal them" his thoughts ran wild . His face turned soft once more.
Gabriel looked at the man , his left eye brow moved up.He turned around and picked up Libby with both hands , she looked worried , he put her softly on his shoulder. She glared at the man. He then picked up Autumnus and Ephesian and pressed them to his chest they wrapped their hands around his neck. Libby then flew on top of Ephesians's head. " I'm having some minor trust issues. I can't expect you to understand whats going on". Gabriel looked at his ducks , he whistled and they stopped hissing but they stayed surrounded looking up at him.
"My name is Gabriel , as you know this is Autumnus and Ephesian. The little red head is Libby , and my bodyguards have already introduced them self's." He giggled trying to brake the tennessean. " Their not normally like this." Under his breath he said " Im not normally like this". Ephesian turned around and looked at the man with no name. Then closed his eyes. Autumnus stayed buried in Gabriel's shoulder. " Whats your name " he asked. He held out his right hand using his left arm and hand to hold the boys up. His light stopped glowing.

Shaking hands was not something that Autsu often did, but it was a tradition he had previously observed. So he extended his own dark one, and placed it in Gabriel's, bowing slightly over the handshake before straightening and reclaiming his fingers. "I am called Autsu, now. You are... well guarded, Gabriel."
There was a hint of amusement there, along the edges of his voice, though the serious and reserved teenager did not go as far as to smile. It was rare that one succeeded in calling that particular expression to his lips. Still, his aspect was not hostile, that much was clear.
"Your charge, do they remember the before?" He had only met one criminal, Sev, who did not remember her past, but even that was enough to make him aware of the possibility.
"Do you speak the language yet, comrades?" This now, directed at the children, and he did not use the condescending tone that adults often used with children. No, he remembered too well what it was like to have an adults intellect trapped within a too young form. "It was difficult, for me."

Gabriel kept an eye on Autsu as he talked to his kids. He realized that Autsu might be able to help him , but it was hard watching him communicate with them or Autumnus. Ephesian payed no mind to him. He was more fascinated by Libby flapping her wings , and how neat it was closing and opening his eyes . Autumnus On the other hand , was in deep amazement by Autsu. Though he couldn't fully understand him , he showed signs of acknologment.
Gabriel butted into the moment, "I think Autumnus does" it's clear he was different from Ephesians. I don't know much about their past. All I know is he(Mandel) was sent here because he jay walked. Its been hard for me. I don't understand them. " Gabriel stopped talking The red eyes popped into his mind again. "Do you ever feel like somethings watching you?" Gabriel wasn't sure what to reveal. "I'm moving into that house over there , it has green trim around the roof. Archie going to help my Nanny and I" He pointed over to the house with available hand.
" I'm sorry I came off as nut ball , but I'm really not normally like this. Ephesians started to talk " My Apple grows .... Green Tea". Gabriel looked down at Ephesians. " Libby did you teach him that" Libby still was flouting around glaring at Autsu. She turned around and smiled. She gave up on trying to figure the dark skinned man. And sat on Gabriel's Head. Gabriel Spoke once more " But seriously do you feel watched?" Autumnus looked right into Autsu eyes to confirm Gabriel wasn't kidding.

"Be patient with them." Autsu advised, quietly, the majority of his attention given to the children. Gabriel himself was, of course, of some interest, but it was the children who he sought. They were the ones lost and left. And there was only so much of them that guardian's could understand. Unless, like Archie, they guardian was a criminal as well. "It is a... difficult transition."
His eyes rose then, to the sun that shown above them. So late? Well, duty was one thing, but this man and his entourage surely had their own lives to return to. The man made it sound as if Archie knew how to locate him. That would be enough. He'd simply return when they were ready for him.
"Archie knows how to find me. If you need to speak with a comrade, see that you are brought to me." Clear enough, that he wasn't speaking to Gabriel, but the child in his arms. "For now, I fear my family needs me."
His gaze returned to the man with the fairy on his head then. "It is good of you, to take them in. My thanks for this conversation."
Another bow, and he dropped his skateboard to the ground, ready to head for home.

"You didn't anser my question" he yelled as the man walked off. Gabriel genteally let his kids down."Remeind me to stop spilling my life to eveyone I meet" he chuckled. The boys looked up at their Dad funny." Come on guys, Libby , and ducks its time to go home. Gabriel held Autumnus' hand and walked to the car, the ducks followed him in a single row. Now Gabriel had to deal with his house.
