BvT, I really have to thank you for that link. Until now, I was unaware of the Mr. Deity show.
I have to admit a shortcoming of mine. I am the blunt, in-your-face, confrontational, and abrasive sort of atheist. Perhaps, at best, I could be a Christopher Hitchens without the suave English accent.
It is nice to see atheism presented with levity and humor. Atheism isn't all science and acerbic argument. Nice to see that atheism can be a lot of fun, too (and let's not forget Penn and Teller!).

I can see both sides, but I do always feel it's pretty rough when one person says that an entire thread isn't worthy of discussion before it's even been up a day.
