special powers: Controls the darkness and purple and red lightning. Able to summon vines from the darkness, as well as mannequins he controls that he summons from the shadows. Also able to create smoke bombs to use as distractions and able to teleport from one part of the field to another as long as there's shadows present.
As for the lightning, he can shoot it from his hands or his wand, and it varies on whether or not he can control where it goes.

addtional info: Venom is a corrupted Virus version of a normal Wizardmon, a 'BlackWizardmon'. He was never very sane to begin with, either. He despises light and tries to both avoid it and destroy whatever is making it as often as possible.
