Kit slid into a bakery and bartered a pair of old shoes he'd found for a couple of rolls. He tipped the hat he'd so recently gotten from Emileigh at the baker, and then headed back out into Axis. He wandered down the street, peering in at the various shops and finally stopping to watch an Ironworker who was currently making a sheild.

Emileigh sighed as she stepped into the bustling streets of Axis. She shook her head as people bumped into her, not bothering to apologize, and her eyebrows furrowed in anger. Stupid... ow.... stupid... ow... idea coming to... ow... Axis...

Growing tired of watching the Ironworker, Kit turned to watch the crowd. He leaned against the large doorway that led into the Ironworker's Guild and crossed his arms.
A slow smile crossed his face as he noticed Emileigh being buffeted about by the crowd.
"Well, well, well--can't seem to get away from the Weirdo!" He chuckled to himself, wondering how she'd handle the situation.

Emileigh muttered under her breath. "I hate my life..." She tried to push through the crowd, to no avail. "I really, really do..."
She stopped trying to push through the crowd forcefully, and instead, tried a more polite approach. "Please, excuse me..." She said nervously.
That didn't seem to work either.

Kit laughed a bit, then began to weave his way toward her through the crowd. He slid back and forth past her, bumping her each time he passed an being careful to hide his face beneath his hat.

Emileigh grumbled as she noted that the same person kept bumping into her... on purpose.
Finally she got sick of it. "Hey, what's the big idea?" Emileigh glared at the boy, grabbing at the back of his shirt. "It's crowded enough without you bumping into me on purpose..."

Clement rose from the store's counter, rubbing his eyes groggily as he directed his attention to outside the store's front window, where two red-headed girls were arguing rather loudly. Geez, everybody always has to bicker in front of this store...
With a sleepy mumble, he opened the store's front door and called out "If you're not going to buy anything, could you please take your catfight elsewhere?"
(( JSYK, Clement is mistaking Kit as a girl. He just woke up, so he's not that attentive... XD; ))

Emileigh looked up from the boy, startled slightly, into the face of Clement. "Hey. Leave us alone! He keeps bumping into me, it's not my fault." She grumbled under her breath. "Don't assume things."

Loralei's eyes filled up with tears. "Uh huh, you big meanie head!! You live with a girl named Loralei! You live with me!!" The tears began to spill over and she floated to the ground, gathering her clothes about her. "I hate... hic...you..."

"Great...I thought you were a regular pest, but it had to be 'that' pest," Alucard frowned as he climbed down the ladder and faced Loralei, "Stop acting like a drunk midget..it's embarrassing."
He raised an eyebrow, "How 'did' you turn into a child anyways? Did you miss the little me 'that' much that you inflicted yourself with a curse?"

"No, it was probably your fault." Loralei grumbled under her breath, wiping the tears from her eyes. "You tried to kill me remember? I don't remember anything after that..." Once again, she tried to gather her clothes about her in a better way. "Not only that, but because I bought you your expensive coffee yesterday, I didn't have any monies to buy pretty clothes with..." Loralei rubbed at her eyes. "So there... meanie."

Clement stared back at the girl and let out a hearty laugh. "Y-Your expression is so f-f-fffff---" He began to laugh at the irritated girl again, so much so that he was bent over and grasping his knees in the doorway.

"Don't be such a moron." Emileigh grumbled at the man in the doorway. "What is your problem anyway? You're gonna sit there and laugh while a girl is getting assaulted by a man in front of your shop? Some guy you are..." She muttered under her breath.
