 Evelyne petted her new pidgey some more.
"Well, we should go on. Want to go back in your pokeball for now?" Asked Evelyne. She showed him the ball so that he'd understand. The pidgey nodded slightly. He seemed to have a serious personality and his eyes were sharp and smart-looking.
"Well, what about you?" She said to tease her Skitty, turning toward her. She knew Ayoka didn't like it in there so she quickly petted her behind the ears, saying "Just kidding, just kidding!". She got up and gathered her things. "Ok.. let's explore that wood a little, what do you say, Ayoka?"
The skitty was already running forward. "I'm sure there must be other trainers in there. Or maybe I can catch another pokemon!" she thought aloud while catching up with Ayoka.((OOC: I just realised I didn't put much information about the place... I just wrote two journal entries and kinda wrote this as if it was the following entry, sorry about that! Ayoka and I were just outside a wood when a flock of pidgeys flew out of a tree. We managed to catch one and now Evelyne wants to go into the wood, because she figures if pidgeys flew away, then there must have been people in the wood. BTW, ANYBODY CAN JOIN! do try to join in a subtle way tho ^^))

 Kali was wandering around in the forest, lost, when Ziku looked up toward the sky.
"What is it, Ziku?" she asked. When all he said was "Pii!" in an excited voice, she stared in the direction the Pichu was looking. Suddenly, a whole flock of Pidgey flew out of the forest and into the sky. "Wow, I wonder what's going on? Too bad i'm so far away!"
Kali began to run in the direction the Pidgey flew from, while Ziku held onto her vest to avoid falling off her shoulder. Noticing that the little pokemon might fall, she slowed down. "Sorry Ziku!" He let go of the vest and jumped into Kali's arms. "I guess when we find a town i'll have to buy a backpack or something, huh?" she said while rubbing the Pichu's head.
She continued to walk in the same direction, just as the last of the Pidgey flew out of sight over the trees.

((sure! o.o I've been waiting forever!))
At first sight, it didn't seem like there was anybody nearby the tree from which the flock of pidgey had fled. But maybe they had moved deeper into the forest as Evelyne was busy battling and catching her pidgey? Ayoka got closer to the legs of her partner as it grew a bit darker in the forest. The sun was almost completely blotted out by the thick foliage of the trees. It was a bit annoying because the skitty wouldn't budge from under Evelyne's feet, and protested loudly each time the girl would kick her by accident.
"Well, get off from under my feet, crazy feline!" finally blurted out Evelyne, exasperated. "I thought you were braver than that!". She kind of regretted talking like that to her pokemon as soon as the words left her mouth, but before she could say sorry, the skitty made a 'humph' sound and, with her nose raised in the air, she started to walk faster.
((I am brave! I'll show you!)) seemed to say the skitty with her behaviour. Evelyne, too proud to ask Ayoka to slow down, did her best to keep up with her, but it wasn't long before she began to lose sight of her. What was her pokemon following, Evelyne didn't know. Finally, Ayoka made a right turn when they got past a small cliff and when Evelyne managed to get to that point, she couldn't see her skitty at all anymore.
"...A... Ayoka!!" shouted Evelyne, before she started to run again.

Kali continued walking, even though she couldn't hear or see anything other than trees and other plants. Just when she started to think about eating the berries that were in her vest pocket, Ziku pricked his ears up and stared into the trees. "What is is Z...woah!" He suddenly jumped out of her arms and raced forward a few steps. "Chuu!"
Ziku spun back toward the trees and raced toward them. "Ziku, where are you going?" Kali shouted. Giving up, she shrugged. "Who knows what gets into that little guy's head? Wait for me!" Kali then ran into the forest where Ziku had gone a few moments before.

Ayoka had been running for a good ten minutes when she started to slow down and notice her surrounding. It was probably very close to the moutains here, because it was beggining to be quite a hike to go on.
A bit worried, Ayoka looked behind her and... saw Evelyne wasn't there anymore! Her little heart fluttered and for a few moments she stood there, refusing to show how scared she felt. But when a vicious-looking pidgeotto plunged suddenly toward her, that was too much. Hoping hard someone... *anyone* would hear her, she cried out as loud as she could.
"KIIIIIIIII!!!"
The entire forest seemed to fill with ruffling sounds, pidgey's cries and houndour's howls as the sound echoed. Ayoka, tightly curled up in a ball, barely noticed.
((this is fun ^^ I wonder what will happen next!))

Kali, after about ten minutes, became hopelessly lost. "How could I lose Ziku? He was right in front of me?" She started calling out to him but nothing would answer.
Ziku, meanwhile, was standing on his hind legs. He sniffed and pricked his ears but couldn't hear anything. Looking around, he didn't know where he was. The forest trail had become rocky. He started to head up a rocky hill when he spotted something moving near the top of a tree. Ziku then rushed toward it (not knowing that it could be something that might eat him for lunch) and then heard wings beating nearby. He poked his head into a clearing and the next thing he knew, he heard a pokemon cry:
"KIIIIIIIII!!!"
Ziku hopped into the clearing near some other pokemon he didn't know and quickly noticed that a Pigdeotto was coming straight for them. Scared, he let out a shower of sparks. "PII!"
Kali, thinking she heard something, raced toward the area the sound seemed to come from.

Evelyne reconised her partner's voice right away. Worried about what might have happened to Ayoka, she ran faster, toward where the cry had seemed to come from.
About half a kilometer away, Ayoka was certain she had just died. ((I didn't even feel the claws and beak... maybe I died of fright? Ugh, how humiliating!!!)) She thought. ((Wait, I can't be dead if I'm thinking can I? ... unless... can ghost pokemon think? Ahhh, just thinking about ghosts pokemon makes me shiver!)). Shivering made her realise she was alive and well. Utterly surprise, she got up and cocked her head.
"Ski?" That's when she saw the pidgeotto, looking a lot more ruffled than before. He was on the ground, getting up with difficulty. With a scary hawkish sound, he awkwardly took flight, looking like there was nothing he wanted more than to get as far from here as he could. Turning to look at it fly away, Ayoka finally noticed a yellow pokemon still in a fighting stance behind her. She was so surprised she let out a small "Ki!" and backed up a few steps.
((sorry I took a couple days to reply ^^; ... hm.. btw, I'm not used to RPing so just so I know... is the part where I say Ziku is still in a fighting stance considering controlling your pokemon?))

Kali was standing near a large boulder in the forest when she heard Ziku's voice. "Ziku! Hold on!" She took off toward the nearby sound.
The sparks flew from Ziku's cheeks and hit the flying Pidgeotto. The bird pokemon fell to the ground, stunned. Ziku, now dizzy from using an electric attack, collapsed on the ground where he stood. When the Pidgeotto began to stir, Ziku stood, ready to tackle it if it came closer. He tried to hide that the electric attack tired him out. The wild pokemon turned tail and flew away as fast as it could. Ziku sighed, and then jumped when the pokemon he saw on the ground earlier made a sound. He turned toward it and saw a pink kitten pokemon a bit bigger than himself. "Pii?" (Are you alright?)
((Oh no saying that is fine! Don't worry about taking a bit either, because i've been busy with school too ^^
I'm not sure how pokemon would talk, so maybe this would work. ))

Blinking, Ayoka hesitated for half a second and then let out a happy "Ki!". Figuring the small pokemon had saved her from the huge (well, to her it had seemed huge) bird pokemon. She approached the pichu, resisting the urge to pounce on him to play. Instead she sat down and cocked her head.
"(You are strong! Are you an alone pokemon?)" of course what she meant was 'wild', but to her not having a human partner meant being alone, like she had been as a baby in the backstreets of fuschia city before Evelyne had found her. "(I'm not, I have a friend. A brown haired girl, but I lost her. Did you see her?)"
She got up again, looking at the direction where she had come from. She had been sure Evelyne had been just behind her. She frowned, worried.

Ziku sat down and fluffed up his fur proudly. "(You thought I was good? I never really did that before, so I guess i'm just a natural!)"
Suddenly remembering about Kali, he looked around. "(Alone? I actually have a human, but I guess she couldn't run as fast as me. I wonder where she is...i've never been this far away from her before. I heard something and raced off.)" He looked at Ayoka. "(Do you think that might have been your partner? If it was, I don't think you have to worry. We might start hearing both of our humans running through the forest soon.)"
"(Oh I forgot to introduce myself. My name is Ziku. What's yours?)"

Ayoka jumped slightly to straighten up. Walking around the pichu playfully, she continued the longest conversation she'd ever had with a pokemon.
"Your name is kit..ttuuh?? Cute name!" Ayoka said, cheerfully, not wanting to admit that although she could understand the smaller pokemon, when it had said its name to her it had just sounded like 'pichu'... "My name is... I can't pronounce it but my human said once it means 'one who brings joy'... I guess I'm that great! And, yeah, you were great too.. wanna battle, see who's better?"
To show off a little, Ayoka rolled on her side, jumped back on her legs and sped suddenly toward the Pichu, only to stop one centimeter away. In truth she wanted to impress the pokemon, make him acknowledge her strenght, because she didn't want him to think she was a weak scaredy cat... or at least, show him that she wasn't *always* that way. If they had met in another situation, Ayoka would probably be trying to play and cuddle with the mouse pokemon, but now her pride demanded a challenge!

Getting closer to the meeting of the two pokemon, Evelyne stopped a moment not just to catch a breath, but also to concentrate because she was sure she had heard her skitty's voice again. Nodding to herself, she started running again, turning slightly to her right.
((sorry for the delay. This week I'll be able to reply more often tho ^^ ... by the way, congratulation on Ziku evolving! ...do you think you'll RP his evolution somehow?))

The little electric pokemon looked at Ayoka and tilted his head. "Battle? Us? I've never done something like that before...just when i'm scared." He flinched as he realized what he said. "Well, not that i'm scared or anything, but...i'm never scared!"
When the skitty sped toward him, Ziku jumped a little. She had surprised him. Trying to act nice, he looked in her direction. "You're pretty fast! Oh, what were you doing out here anyway?" He had run because he heard noices in the forest, but he wasn't sure how Ayoka had come out here.

Kali stopped to refill her waterbottle at a tiny stream. Just as she was screwing on the cap, small pokemon voices drifted to her ears. "Is that Ziku?"
Tucking the bottle in her bag, she stepped over the water and headed toward the sound, veering a bit to the left.
(( Thanks! I'm actually starting that rp in the suburbs. 3nodding I have a pretty good idea of how it's going to turn out too! wink ))

Feeling better now that the other pokemon had reconised she had good speed, and glad to have an excuse to not fight, after all, Ayoka replied:"(It's ok, I was really scared earlier too... and I got here... well... I guess I just wanted to show my human I wasn't afraid in here.. so I got a bit too ahead. That's how I lost... her...)", she said. She stopped talking suddenly, as her nose started to move on its own. She could smell her, Evelyne wasn't far away!
"(I think I smell her! Come, you've gotta meet her!)" she said to the other pokemon, running off before knowing if he'd follow her.

"(I think I just dashed off because I thought I heard something in the woods. Maybe it was dangerous, but I was just really curious.)" He was quiet when Ayoka began sniffing. When she dashed off, he followed her. "(Hey, i'm coming too!)" he said while running.
Kali thought she heard a human voice close by. Wondering if she would finally meet up with someone here, she ran in that direction.

Evelyne was about to sit down and cry, when a pink ball of fluff suddenly jumped on her. Instinctively wrapping her arms around the fluffy thing, she took about one second to realise who this was.
"Ayoka! You crazy! I was so worried! Don't do that again!" feeling she had said enough short exclamatives sentences for the moment, she just hugged her skitty tightly. Opening her eyes, she saw a pichu not far away.
"hum, hi?" She said, unsure. It didn't seem like a wild pokemon. Ayoka moved around a little so she let her jump back on the ground. Then she looked around herself.
'Oh great. I'm lost, now.' she thought in despair.
