What are they going to use the speaker for with the Wii version? (Assuming that it's for more than just online play.)

When you miss a note or activate star power you'll hear it come from the guitar as well since the Wii-mote goes in the guitar. Plus you use the Wii-mote as the accelerometer for tipping the guitar so you know it'll be durable.
The only downfall is that the Wii may not get downloadable content crying

I'd say the 360 is better since when GHIII comes out in october the connection with other people will be a lot better then the PS2 connection but there is the Wii with the Wi-Fi but i really dont think that ur able to download songs though with the Wii but anyway the 360 PWNS

You can't go online in the PS2 version. So the connection doesn't matter.
