So after much searching and discussing, Jin and Sabira and found what appeared to be the perfect location for beginning their small serval clan with one another. What Jin believed to be the most difficult task was now completed, but what he was beginning seemed nearly impossible. Now, leaving Sabira at their new home momentarily, the male went searching for others in which he could invite.
Servals hunted smaller to medium game, but if they could group themselves in a clan, similar to the manner in which lions hunted as a pride, Jin felt as though they would have little to fear from and even less keeping them from eating. Jin had spent too many nights on an empty stomach.
The protection would not only offer companionship, shelter and food, but also a nice place for kittens to grow up. Jin wished to give servals a better place to live. The dark colored male had big plans and was now in search of others that might share a similar idea.

Sierra padded into the area as she saw the other serval her ears perked and her tail was held high. "Hello there." She old the male as she bowed low before him her tail still held high. "My name's sierra."

Jin was absolutely taken back by the beautiful, orange colored serval approaching him. And to his luck, this serval appeared to be a female. Grinning broadly, Jin cleared his throat and approached her with a slight puff of his chest. Jin wished so badly to impress her and bring her to his clan, that he may have overdone it quite a bit.
Speaking politely, he lowered himself in respect, "Hello Sierra. It is a pleasure to meet you.. I am Jin..." He looked her over once more and smiled with himself. If she chose to join the clan, she would be a lovely addition. He only wondered how Sabira would take the newest member being a female. "I have never seen you around here.."

The orange colored female serval looked up into the other male's blue orbs and darker coloring than her own as she raised up from the bow that she had doing and watched him look at her flirtatious like and she couldn't help but smile at him as she nodded to him. "its nice to meet you jin." she nodded to him,the wind caressing her fur as she spoke to him one more. "I've been wandering around the desert. I love the sunshine its like my medicine each morning."

Jin watched as Sierra looked her over. She had a very fitting name for her coloration and interest in the desert. He thought about his own territory he had picked and realised that although there were many tall grasses to give them a benefit in hunting, some areas were more sandy than ever. They could be Sierra's private desert if she so chose to join up with both he and Sabira.
Sabira. Again, the white serval female appeared in his mind and he blushed. He had found such an interest in her when they met and already he was contemplating taking on another. In the hope of introducing new servals to the clan, however, they would need to bring on more themselves. He would need to speak to Sabira privately once the matter with Sierra was discussed. He wondered why he was so bold to think this with Sierra and not with Sabira. Again, Jin blushed awkwardly.
"The desert is a pleasant place to visit.. I find, however, that the game there is too small and the water is not plentiful. I have found a perfect territory I wish to call home. I want to begin a clan of servals and though it is difficult for us to remain with one another, I hope that others may join, or visit in difficult times.."

Sierra than yawned and stretched as she stood there her blue orbs watching him still and listened to every word he said and pondered them over in her head. Apperantly he was distracted by someone else when she noticed him blush and not about her she thought.
"A clan for servals you say Jin? Who is this other serval your blushing over? Sure I'll join even though it seems a little weird to me but sure." the female told him brightly.

Jin was caught off guard when Sierra noticed his blush. He thought he had it so well hidden beneath his dark fur, but he understood that in the grey fur of his face, it might be visible. Blushing even further, Jin took a step back and tried to gather himself. Perhaps this whole multiple mate thing wouldn't quite work out. "Oh.. I don't mean to blush. Sabira is another serval I met during my travels. She helped me begin the clan.."
And when Sierra spoke of how the clan was somewhat strange, he nodded. Servals were solitary creatures and didn't often put themselves into large groups. "I know. you're probably used to being on your own, but i've watched the lions.. They hunt in groups and take down massive prey. If we could do that, we could fill ourselves for days in just one hunt. The clan territory could be more of a refuge. Servals can stay if they would like, or come and go. It would be a very safe breeding grounds.."

The beautiful serval female listened to him spill his guts to her about the other girl and she shrugged her shoulders as she sat back on her haunches and nodded to him about the pack idea. She too had seen lions and they where pack hunters like the other serval said and as she thought it over, she thought that it could work for them too and the male swayed her to his side.
"Okay, sure I don't mind sharing you either. The lions share their females and so it should apply to us as well, right?"

Jin was startled at how forward this serval was. She appeared to be very intelligent and could see straight through him. With wide eyes, Jin let out a nervous laugh and then nudged his head in the direction of their territory. "Well.. I wasn't yet saying that, but since you already agreed." The male wasn't sure if there was enough of him to be able to keep one female happy, let alone two, but he was willing to try. "I will need to speak to Sabira before anything is decided.."
Beginning to walk in the direction of their clan, he smiled, "It'll be a bit of a ways away, but it's worth the walk. Beautiful land.. I'll talk to you about our ideas and such on the way. Is there anything you're looking for this clan to offer you? What would you like to see happen?"

Giggling at what the black serval male said to her and his reaction to what she said about sharing him and then she felt herself get nervous as she watched him. Standing up she bowed low to him once again to indicate that he was the king and he could do anything with her or whomever else he wanted to and that was what the lions did and walking with him as she picked herself up once again. Following him, she nodded to him once again and then told him what she wanted for the clan."We could have a den somewhere and some desert, some water and some game." The female serval told him as they walked.

When Sierra bowed low to Jin, it further gave him a sense of pride for putting together what he was doing. It would not be easy and many servals would certainly laugh in his face at the idea of creating their own pride, but he was determined now and had two lovely ladies to assist him in his dreams. Never would Sabira or Sierra become hungry again and forever they would be given the safety of their territory and protection from Jin.
As they walked, Jin wondered what it would be like when a male wished to join the clan. If Sierra's heart was won over by another, would it be his place to challenge them as the leader? He wasn't sure just what lions did, but being as his relationship with Sierra was new, he decided he would allow whatever was best for Sierra to happen.
If his position was challenged, however, Jin would certainly come to defend his name and his honor. "We have many small areas that could provide dens. Some foliage, but not too much. Much of our land is covered in tall grass, but there are more barren ideas, which become very hot in the day."

As she walked with him she began thinking about another male joining their clan or a female and she shrugged to herself as she nodded again to the male as he told her what the areas where about. "That sounds just great! I can't wait to get there."

Jin was pleased with how well Sierra was taking all of the news he gave her. Although it was difficult to find new servals to join the clan, it was surprisingly easy to convince Sierra of joining. Perhaps she had a rough life, much like Jin had. Jin wondered how many other servals were finding the lion competition difficult to live with. Hunting mice was becoming unsatisfying as a rogue serval, wandering the savannah.
As they continued to walk, Jin looked over to Sierra and smiled, "So.. what types of food are you most interested in? Mice? Or are you looking forward to hunting larger game?" The males mouth began to salivate at the mere mentioning of something with more tender meat on it than just a measly mouse.

Following him still she listened to him and felt the dirt upon her paws as she walked behind him as he led her to her to the clan's borderes and ran yp to them. "I would love to hunt bigger game." her mouth watered to at not eating rats anymore.

Jin was pleased at Sierra's response. As they reached the borders of the clan's territory, Jin watched as Sierra suddenly ran forward. She seemed to be a very energetic serval and would be a great addition to the clan. "This is it. Mondo Peponi, or as i'd like to call it, serval paradise. I might even be so bold as to remark that Peponi often translates to heaven as well."
He looked around for any sign of Sabira and was surprised when he found none. Perhaps she's in the den, he wondered quietly to himself. He knew that Sabira would be glad that he found another serval, but still he worried about her response. He told her that she could be his queen and he would keep his promise.
