She moved in a fashion that wasn't entirely that of your normal lioness, the rolls of fat, which she proudly wore, made her move in a rather heavy footed manner not of a predator. Of course, the lioness which plodded down the edge of the jungle was far from out to hunt, if she were it would probably have been near impossible. Ubuge was very easy to see. Covered from head to toe in trinkets of gold and silver, she sparkled with every glint of the sun, her dark coat shimmered with strange markings of which there were many. Ubuge was very easy to see.
The lady of greed flickered her tiny wings, the first set black as the rest of her body jangled with this movement, the trinkets which peirced through her feathers tinkled musically, the second set, equally small but pure white twitched to follow their dark companions.
All in all she was a very large lioness and this was perhaps why she lay beneaththe canopy of the trees with a huff, the moving lights from above captureing every little gem stone as they danced accross her extra plump body. She lay like a fat house cat, her eyes closed in a content manner. Why she had stopped was uncertain but she usually paused for a reason. Someone here was rife with greed, she had to meet them...

Indeed, that overly greedy someone was just a little ways away, napping in a tree until something bright shined through her closed eyelid; the sun's reflection off a legband of the goddess below. Annoyed, the theif silently awoke. Kizu followed the source of the light, though she moved her eyes out of its way, and saw a most odd sight. She had to blink a few times to make sure her eyes weren't lying to her. This beast down there; it had shiny things. Not just a few, either, it had tons of them! Not only that, but it had furs and odd things (cloths, though the leopardess was not familiar with them,) and feathers... Her tail twitched from the treetops just thinking about how nice it would be to stash those in her treasure-trove tree. The one with dead babboons at the bottom simply because they were coming near the branch that had the opening.
How many things could she pawn off this obvious animal? One thing would be nice... two even better. Normally, she wouldn't push it, but she wanted... EVERYTHING that lioness had.
And with that as her driving thought, the leopardess slipped silently down the tree and sat at the bottom, blending in as well as she could while she thought of how to take all the items from the creature that had woken her up.

A smirk came to the goddesses lips as she heard the little leopardess slipping out of the tree. Greed, she could smell it, taste iton the tip of her tongue. "There is no point sneaking around back there why don't you come in to the light and perhaps I can help you with what you wish for hmm?" Her onyx like eyes opened then and her head turned to look in to the darkness of the trees directly at the leoipardess lying below.
"You like what you see little one? My little one, do come in to the light I will not hurt you for looking." Her voice was thick and sweet with slightly snobbish undertone to it, her face lit in a content grin.
Her ears twitched as she waited and her wings followed in their movement a soft tinkling jangle echoeing through the trees as each and every one of her trinkets caught a beam of light and twinkled. She could attract any beast whom cared for objects more than others with this trick, the shimmering of gold silver and gems always attracted those whom wished, whom desired items beyond their wildest dreams.

Kizu, alarmed that the goddess could even sense her descent, obeyed and stepped confidently into the light. The theif always got what she wanted, from anyone. "Who are you?" she asked as her tail crossed the threshold from the shadows to the light that managed to slip through the leaves. "And where did you get all that?" She had to ask. She wanted so bad to touch the oddly colored shawl, she'd never seen one.
The leopardess' tail twitched behind her. Behind that confident mask, she was cautious. She'd never met a beast like this; never met a goddess. She didn't know what she was dealing with, but she didn't reveal her intentions, yet.

The large goddess looked quietly over the little leopardess, her onyx like eyes glimmered and for a moment a smirk came to her lips. "My name is Ubuge and I asm a goddess, and the thing you are drooling over is called a shawl, it is a thing of man made of finest silk from far away lands." A little laugh rolled off her tongue as the curious little female gawped at all of her finery. "I have lived for many years and have travelled beyond these lands, these things are my treasures." The large lioness shifted her possition slightly then, perhaps making herself more comfortable upon the litter strewn ground.
"Now then, what is your name and what do you desire of me?" A slim brow lifted as a single paw, which was previously curled beneath her body revealed a shimmering bracer, the red fur which cascaded around her throat seemed to reveal gold and silver beneath, she clearly kept items hidden beneath this fur scarf. "It would be very foolish of you not to ask me, stealing is imoral you know?" A little laugh again,s he knew that look, the look of the theif, the look of greed, she simply had to find out what it was that this female desired the most and by flashing her hordes of jewelry she knew she was touching the right buttons of this female.

Caught! How could she be caught in her own game? Kizu had never, not in her whole life, been caught in the act.
"You're sharp, Ubuge," Kizu admitted. No need to keep up the act. "Personally, I'd love to take everything you've got on you, it's all very nice," she said. "But if I had to limit it down..." She glanced over the goddes again, trying to figure out what it was she would like to have most. Such a hard decision. "I would take that," Kizu pointed to something shiny, peeking just a bit out from under the goddess's canine scarf. It had a gem in it; a colored shiny, and it was a band. A simple bracelet, but a bracelet nonetheless. Kizu hadn't had many run-ins with metals, so they facinated her to no end. She had yet to own one...
"My name's Kizuka'Mchopozi, by the way," she said distractedly, her eyes still locked on the item under the scarf.

The fat goddess lifted her paws to her fur wrapp and lifted out the small bracer and held it in her paws. Yes it was quite the simple little item, the single gem that the little leopardess had spotted was infact a ruby, a blood red ruby. She faintly remembered it's previous owner, one whom had posessed the item so completely the other had died from starvation. Sillty thing, some mortals were far too vulnerable for her gifts.
She held the item at paws length turning it in her paws to make the light shimmer off the gold band, "Yes it is a pretty little peice." She puurred quietly, glancing from the bracer to the leopardess. "I don't usually give away my treasures, I do so adore to keep them on my person." She moved as if to replace the small bracelett back amongst the fur circlett but did not, instead she afixed it to one of her own wrists before turning her full and undevided attention back to Kizuka.
"Now tell me, you want this so very baddly, what will you give me fore it?" Her smile remained almost kind, contented, she wanted a peice of this female, a big enough peice to make her return for more until eventually she owned the little leopardess. She did so enjoy owning them for their short carefree lives. All it took was the desire to own so baddly and one day she would reclaim ehr bracer, after all, mortals did not live forever, they died and their gifts were left behind for her to reclaim what was rightfully hers.

Somewhere in the back of the leopardess' head a little voice called out not to take it, not to trust the big lioness. But Kizu never was one to listen to that voice, it was the same that always told her not to steal from other individuals. Why would she listen to it now?
No reason. So she answered the lioness truthfully. "Honestly, I'm not the giving type." She kept her eyes on the bracelet until the lioness started to move like she would put it away. At this, Kizu entered a kind of panic, all unusual for her. "But name your price! I'm sure I can get you something," she said quickly, as if it would slow Ubuge's action of putting it away. Having seen the full thing made her want it more.

A smirk rose on the dark females lips, though this was hidden as he head was turned away from her, her eyes danced. She had found one. "Well my precious, lets see, I like to own many things, as you cans ee from my attire, but my most favourite of things, well, you really wouldn't be interested in tradeing that." She trialed off, looking at the pretty trinket which strode beneath her other bracers.
Tilting her head. "It is sucha pretty thing but maybe you are not willing to give what I ask for in return for it? No, perhaps another would much prefare to own this pretty little trifle hmm?" She removed the bracer from her wrist then, she started to put it away very slowly, her eyes on the little leopardess. Alls eh needed were the words, anything, everything, what ever you want, then there would be a deal, a pact which the other female would HAVE to keep, and when the bracelett had done it's work it would come back to her. Her gifts always did. After all, when the soul left the gift was hers once again. Mortals, they could be more considerate and live longer. She really didn't mind the illissioned tat leaving her, after all she never gave away her real gems. If the leopardess could see past her greed, all she would see would be a plain wooden arm band, roughly carved by some tribe some where. But with greed in her eyes, it was a beautiful thing made of glittering gold and silver, of gems and royalties, that wa sthe way her power worked and if this female let it, the bracer would consume her soul and fill it with greed. It had happened before, and it would happen again. She only hoped that perhaps this female would last longer than the previous bracletts host. She did so hate to loose those wonderful peices of soul, they were so much more valuable than the tat she gifted away usually.

At the goddess' action of putting it away, Kizu snapped. She wasn't in her right mind anymore. Usually, she would've just taken it somehow, but for some reason she was making deals with the goddess; willing to give something in return.
She launched herself at Ubuge, landing with her nose just inches in front of the goddess. "I want that, give it to me! Take what you want, I'll give you whatever, just give that shiny to me!" She practically screamed. She wasn't making eye contact with the goddess, but rather with the bracelet. She didn't have it yet, and it already consumed her. It was growing a second gem on the back side, another ruby. The reality of another ruby growing on a bracelet didn't hit Kizu, just made her want it more. That shiny was hers

"Nownow my little dahling, do calm down, I was simply musing that perhaps you would not give me what I wanted, it is a very important part of you after all." Her eyes glimmered. In the past creatures had given her appendages, parts of themselves literally, she considered this with this one going through a check list in her head. An eye, the ears, the voice, no there was nothing physical about this leopardess that she wanted. She required a peice of the soul.
"What I want my pet is a peice of your soul which I will own until you pass to the next world." She paused for a moment and smiled in a sicky sweet manner. "It's not much to ask really after all, you arn't using it at the moment are you?" She laughed then her dark eyes shining like tiny gems themselves. What she wasn't telling the little leopardess, that the part of the soul she wished for was her free will, she liked to call upon her giftees when she required something. Free will was such a wonderful thing to own. Oh the little leopardess would live her own life but when ever Ubuge fet the need she would pull on her little peice of soul and she would feel an undying urge to be at the goddesses side. It was so wonderful to own someone.

"If it's so important, then..." She said, deciding to push it. Soul? It sure wasn't shiny. Shiny was all she wanted right now. "What do you think of this? I get a second, smaller shiny, and it's certainly a deal?" She wanted as much as she could get for it, such was the way of the little theif. She rather enjoyed making her massive stash bigger, especially with these things that the goddess had- they were finer wares than any she'd seen in her life.

That was all she needed. Lifting the fox fur around her throat she pulled out a jar. The jar was empty though a small light shone brightly from within. Her dark eyes shone brightly as she held the trinket out to the little leopardess, pulling a further item from beneath the fox fur, this was somehting a little more real, a beautiful pair of earings, gold with small gems dangling from the ends. "How about these hmm? I can fix them to your wears so you will never loose them." She raised a brow, her onyx like orbs looking over the leopardess greedily, yes the soul, a key to servitude, she would own this one and it was so easy to, for two simple trinkets she could own a life, it was certainly a small price to pay.

"Oh, yes!" Kizu said, her teal eyes growing bigger with desire of the trinkets. Besides that, hearing that they could be attached so they never came off sounded great to her; nobody could ever steal them, she could never lose them! Her jaw dropped just the slightest bit, gleeful at just the idea. Completely clueless about what she was going to do, she happily extended a paw, "You've got yourself a deal, goddess."
After a paw-shake, she expected the goddess to put the earrings on for her, put them on so they'd never come off.

"Just the matter of our bargain first my darling." She puurrs opening up the jar with a soft pop, a sweet scent drifted from the jar, the scent of flowers brewed in to beautiful perfumes. "Whisper your name and give it to me" She puurrs her dark eyes flashing with red for a moment. This was what she wanted, this was what she desired, to own a little peice of everything, she owned alot and she knew she could never own everything but owning little peices of lots of things simply made her stronger.
Oh how she loved these greedy little theives.
