Near the Chapel in Bruma, there lies a Cathedral with dark stained glass windows of red, shades of black, and yellow. It is privately owned, and most people in the area really don't know if it is used for worship or not. Some of the homeless people say that they have seen people cloaked in black come in and out of there in the dead of night, and others say that they use illusion spells to become invisible, and open the door discreetly. This is disregarded as the ramblings of crazy old peasants. Most people tend to give the wrought iron black fence that surrounds it a wide berth anyway.

There is no gate in the fence, its just missing something in the middle. A Dark Gold Cobblestone path leads up to the front door. There is a garden on both sides, each have a large Elm tree with bark blacker than the night sky. Strange vines grow along the trunk, and there are nightshade plants adorned in the gardens. Strange shrubs also adorn the path, and they bear strange flowers that are a dark sanguineous red. Alchemists never try to sample what is there, for they are afraid of the strange and venomous snakes.

Inside there is a large shrine to Sithis. There is an official looking table with many chairs, adorned with signs of the Black Hand. There are many rooms in this place, and members of the Dark Brotherhood have often said that the Speaker Leo lives there and that it is a safe house for any Dark Brother or Sister in need.

Leo sat inside by the fireplace, reading a book about the history of murder. He looked out the window to see one of the moons full. He wondered if Dix was out slaughtering people as a werewolf, or as a regular person.

Leo set aside his book. "Come sister, warm yourself by the fire." he said, gesturing to an empty chair next to him. "It looks like someone got in a fight... I have some repair hammers, a furnace, and an anvil in the basement, but I have no skill in using any of them."

"Well I'm fresh out of healing potions, because the Bruma Chapel stopped selling them." Leo said. "Don't give me that look... its the only place in town. I do have some Shadowbanish wine however. It heals you up a bit." He stood up and got two pewter glasses and a 1/4 bottle of the wine. "I had some silver goblets, but they made the wine taste horrible."

"Just don't overdo it." Leo said. "This stuff is expensive, so if you throw it up, I'll have to kill you. Its so hard to find a bottle."

"You'll soon notice that you can see exceptionally well in the dark, like a Khajiit. I wish that they still made this wine in breweries. But then again, it wouldn't be so vintaged as what I do manage to find."

"Quite a while." leo said. "I haven't actually measured it, but I'm guessing about two hours."

"Better than most spells you'll find" Leo said. "And it only takes a sip to get the effect."
