I just bought Witching Hour by Anne Rice for an AMAZING price of ONE dollar. and its not a PB either, its this mix of HC and PB. Infact im confused on what its called.
so what about you guys. What was the last book you bought?

The last book I bought was Dragon of Despair by Jane Lindskold. Excellent book, continuation of of Wolf's Head, Wolf's Heart which is a continuation of Through Wolf's Eyes. She really needs to give that series a name, lol

The last book I bought was Chasing the Dime by Michael Connelly. I haven't finished it yet but so far it's excellent, great mystrey novel.

1000 Movies you must see before you die- but it's not for me, it's for my father-in-law, he's a real movie buff. I paid AUS$42.85 which is pretty good considering it's stuffed with excellent photos and directors commentaries, etc.
...... off topic- christmas shopping is so very very hard on my wallet! Why was I born into such a huge family?? gonk

I just bought Gods' Concubine by Sarah Douglass, a continuation of The Troy Game, which started with Hades' Daughter. I haven't started it yet though, I'm still finishing Wyrd Sisters by Terry Pratchett.

Ummmmmmmm...The Butter Battle Book by Dr. Seuss. But it wasn't for me! It was for Barnes and Noble's One Million Books for One Million Children, for a five-year-old named Erika.
