The red lightning peeled back as the large blue and white male looked out across the temporary land. Just a few days ago, Gracia and Crunch had met a wolfess from another pack. A pack that was close but far from the territory that Crunch was going to discuss with his family.
His hard blue eyes spotted the white and blue hide of his youngest sister. She was following through with her punishment of doing the domestic duties of cleaning out the den, finding food -in place of Snickers-, and of course helping Twix or Snickers out with whatever they thought needed to be done.
He wouldn't bite one of his siblings in the intent of leaving a scar, he would snap at them to motivate them however. The blue eyes moved over the small lay of temporary land and moving out into the sun the blue male gave one howl.
The howl was a signal for the other two siblings to come into the clearing of the momentary den. This was a routine thing and the howl always gave away the meaning behind it. The discussion of moving into a new territory, but this time maybe Twix and Snickers would find the news en lighting.

She was covered in dirt, starving, and absolutely exhausted. Ever since meeting Libenalas, Gracia felt better with at least knowing someone out side of her family. The punishment Crunch had given her was fairly simple to deal with, but it didn't give her any time to go and hang out with her new friend.
Pushing the last bit of old bedding out into the woods, her ears picked up the distinctnesses of Crunch's howl. It was time for them to move on again, but for once she knew more then that brown nose sister of hers. This time they would be moving to a location that would be their long lasting home and also try gaining new pack members.
Shaking out her fur Gracia moved through the trees again towards the location of the temporary den. The place Crunch would be standing tall and watchful as he waited for everyone to come. Her soft paws padded gently against the ground and she appeared in the clearing about ten yards from Crunch. Her eyes scanned the trees for the other pack members.

Twix slunk out of the darkness immediatly at her brothers howl and headed towards his usual high clearing place. She glanced from her sister Gracia to the den in a silent warning that she would inspect it and make sure she had done her duty properly. Twix was never satisfied with Gracia's punishments because she never seemed to learn from them, she would be giving Crunch her lip again in a day. She dipped her muzzle respectfully towards her brother and stood at his right side to wait for Snickers.
"News? Time to move again?" She was very curious about what Crunch was gathering them up for and she was getting a bit tired of roaming around, not that she wasn't still willing to follow her family to the ends of the earth.

 Lolling leisurely on the banks of the nearby stream, Snickers was in no hurry to answer his brother's howl. No, he'd take his time, at his own, suave gate through the forest towards the den, and arrive....simply, fashionably late. Yes, that's what he'd do. Smiling as he looked down at his rippled reflection, Snickers winked at himself. How irresistible he was, yet such a shame it was only to be seen by mere fish. Must his pack live so far out in the boonies that there was no-one to admire him? Certainly it was blasphemous!
The male licked his chops, pleased over-all with today. He'd woken up, groomed himself, got some breakfast -courtesy of Gracia- and then, gone down here for a while for some 'quiet contemplation'. He might've nodded off, he wasn't quite sure.... Whatever he did, he looked good doing it.

When Twix came up to his side, Crunch turned his head around to survey the area again. Where was Snickers! an inward grown turned into an aggravated growl deep in the blue alpha's throat.
"Yes, there is BIG news," his words slipped through clenched teeth. Why did they keep Snickers around? Because he was family, Crunch had to constantly remind himself this as of lately. His brother was worthless for much else, but looking into anything reflective and seeing his good looks.
The blue orbs became dull and deadly. "Gracia, go get that brother of yours," the order was snapped as Crunch was fighting the urge to go find his younger sibling and kick his hide. "I'll make the announcement when he shows up with you. Don't come back without that dark pup." Rarely did that word get used in Crunch's sentence or description of his family, but this was getting out of hand, again.

Watching Twix walk up and stand directly to Crunch's ride side, the soft blue eyes rolled behind their protective deep blue eyelids. Of course she would go to be their brother's right paw that was just Twix for you.
However, after a few moments Snickers didn't show up. It was just Snickers normal attendance record. Was it so shocking by now? The blue and white wolfess just shuddered as she heard her brother's growl.
When told to go get her brother no back talk came from the already exhausted mouth, and she didn't want to hear it from Twix. Gracia already figured that Twix would be following her a bit if Crunch permitted it. The white paws just picked themselves up and began to trek towards the nearest watering hole.
It was a known fact that Snickers would probably live next to water if he could find a warm den near the source. It didn't take her long before laying eyes upon the relaxed deep chocolate form. "Snickers," she spoke in a bit of an uneasy tone, not really caring if any crimson eyes watched the conversation.

Twix held back a growl as Snickers failed to show up, he needed to be put in place more than Gracia. She glanced at Crunch for permission to ensure the two wayward wolves returned promptly, she was too curious about the big news. She headed quickly after Gracia snapping her teeth to remind her sister that she didn't have any problem with nipping her in the bud to get her to speed up.
As they came across Snickers she held back yet another growl and sat behind Gracia to make sure she didn't go soft on him. If Gracia didn't get the job done Twix would be more then happy to take her errant brother by the ear and drag him back. She rustled impatiently and huffed softly at Gracia's tone, she loved her sister dearly but sometimes she wanted to beat some backbone into her.

Oh, life was absolutely hectic for the chocolate-furred wolf. He could barely get any alone time before his sister's oh-so-persistent call came to his ears, followed by a peeved shuffling of the paws. Snickers could only ponder as to who in the entire world could be behind him at that very moment, but being the witty and stunning wolf he was, he guessed it was his sisters.
Rolling his head dramatically around light blue eyes met the wrappers of his siblings, just as he had called it. Snickers hardly knew how he did it. "Yees?~" The male cooed, attempting to sound as innocent as possible. Of course he'd heard his brothers call, of course in reality he should've come. But he was doing more important things, personal hygiene for example. One must always look one's best, especially if they were as drop-dead gorgeous as he was. But, no was was as beautiful as he, that'd be simply impossible! At his own little joke, he chuckled lightly, a grin lighting on the maw for a moment.

Gracia held back a growl for Twix, she knew that the caramel wolfess would make her workload worst. The blue eyes opened up again and looked at the deep chocolate brother of hers. How this made her upset, but she knew that the only way Crunch could get Snickers to do anything was watch him like a hawk.
"Crunch has big news, news that you would probably like to really hear," Gracia replied to the casual tone with emphasizing that something was important and different this time. Something that might lead to Snickers finding others to ogle of him, since his family just saw him as one of them.

Twix nodded and stood to head back towards Crunch hoping her siblings would move along. She tossed her head back and growled out softly,
"Move it!" with that she padded quietly back to where her brother stood. Twix dipped her muzzle respectfully once more and stood beside Crunch seeming docile and sweet to anyone who didn't know better. She was impatient to hear her brothers news and she had an annoying suspicion that Gracia already had a clue. She cursed herself softly for heading out for an early dinner instead of following Crunch and Gracia the other day, for one she could have kept her sister in line, and she could have found out what happened.
Twix hated to miss any event in her families life from the big momentous ocassions to the smallest things, she liked to be there to either critique or support. As harsh as she was outside inside she had her gooey soft center especially when it came to her siblings.

"Oh really?" The prospect of news presented as such had certainly peaked his interest. Both ears raised automatically, as though trying to catch a whisper of gossip detailing what it might be about. Swinging himself up the wolf gave a smile, a tail twitching almost anxiously.
"Well then, I guess I could accompany you, seeing as my presence is obviously needed." Blue eyes rolled at Twix's urging, as he started to daintily trot after her, head held high and gait swaggering gaily.

Crunch had began to pace impatiently. This was the most important and relieving news her could ever tell his siblings. The one that would love to hear it had seemingly, like always, decided to take his precious time.
The large male growled and snapped his jaws together when his eyes fluttered across Twix's reappearing form. She was back which in turn meant the other two should be breaking through the trees any second now. Head reevaluated itself to the proud height of the proper dominant alpha level.
"Gracia. SNICKERS!" he growled, "COME ON!" the words were not shy or timid. They held force and obvious urgency, plus raised aggravation. He was tired of waiting on his brother's leisure swaggered pace.
Why couldn't either of his younger siblings show more respect like Twix? This was always the thought that popped into his head as the white paws began their itch to pace.

Gracia sighed with relief that Snickers had complied so easily. This was a good sign and the omega smiled at her brother thankfully.
"Thank you," she said, but the words were killed by the loud barked order of Twix. It always made the Baby-Ruth wolfess look at her brown-nosed sister and then to the glamorous chocolate brother of hers. It surprised her how much Twix threw herself up to be show off as a higher rank then an gamma.
Gracia preferred Snickers company then Twix's, at least ,though lazy, he didn't always look down upon Gracia and her weaken rank. Though peeved with Twix, the wolfess loved all of her siblings equally and proceeded to follow the caramel femme back to their angry growling alpha.

Twix glanced at Crunch noting his aggitation and sharing his impatience with a soft huff. She looked up as Gracia came after her and waited with only the barest facade of patience. She sat down and watched for Snickers annoyed that they were forced to wait on him.
She glanced at Gracia and decided she would apologize later for being so snappy when her true annoyance had been with their brother. She forced a soft smile for her sister before is faded as she thought on what Crunch's news could be.

Smiling to his sister, Snickers nodded, hips swaying still as he padded through the tree-line, taking a moment and an over-dramatic shake of his head to dislodge a leaf that'd fallen upon his head as he was traveling through the brush.
Sitting down, the wolf let his tail curl a bit, putting on an 'I'm-so-cool-I-don't-have-to-listen' look on his face, even though it was toned down at his older brother's peeved growl. He didn't see what was so wrong about his.....fashionably late position. It wasn't like it was life or death or anything like that, right? Why was his brother such a nag about stuff like this? Twix was no better, quite the groupie she was. And not even to him! That's what was worst of all.
Maybe Gracia....she followed everyone around enough. All he needed was a little alot of devotion and attention, but, he'd probably get bit at for that.
