looks around the floor if anyone droped money..."why do i ahve to have bad luck on this day?..i need to get a ticket..that and a date sweatdrop " Joy smiles in victory finding a dollar on the ground. "how much are the tickets?" She turned to the blue headed girl who just muttered "5 bucks."

Joy sighs and goes back to looking for money on the ground.

Rayan was taking a casual evening stroll around the campus grounds to refresh himself. He walked slowly, not having anything in particular in mind to do but to enjoy some free time. As he drew near the stadium, Rayan happened to notice something that caught his eye. He stopped, and began to study what he saw.

"Hmmm...'Winter Dance tickets,' huh?" he said, reading the sign aloud to himself. "Sounds sorta fun. But then again...no, forget it. It's not like I'd have anything to do there anyw-"

Rayan immediately cut himself short upon seeing a vital figure approaching the ticket booth. That's...Miss Aili... he thought to himself. He stood frozen in place for a few moments, until at last he snapped back to his attention. Then again, maybe it's worth a shot...at least she'll be there. Yeah... I've made up my mind...it's party time!

Having thus confirmed his decision in his mind, Rayan began to briskly walk towards the ticket booth, although remaining somewhat out of Aili's sight until he drew quite near.

(doesn't this just sound vaguely iffy? ^^;; )

Ky stood in line, eyes closed arms crossed as per usual, in stark contrast with all the other ecstatic students giggling and joking around. Why was he doing this at all? The school dance was nothing but a waste of time and money. He couldn't believe he had let Kurai talk him into going. Well, it wasn't quite talking persay. It was more like Kurai whining incessantly to Ky that he didn't have a date and forcing Ky into going so that Kurai would actually know somebody there. Ky had agreed just to shut him up. It didn't work though. Kurai was behind him in line, his mouth still running. Ky had stopped distinguishing his words a couple hours ago.

Peering up, Ky noticed that he was almost to the booth. The two boys in front of him were discussing rather loudly how hot their dates were. Renim was waiting patiently for the airheads to notice that they were next. Ky closed his eyes again. This could take a while.

A date though...it would certainly make things more interesting. Ky definitely didn't want to be stuck with Kurai the entire time. Perhpas he could ask Tiffany. Ky stopped himself. Did he like her? He shoved the thought out of his mind. Of course not! The red haired man was using her and that made her dangerous. Keep your friends close but your enemies closer. Yes, that was why was thinking about asking her. That's what it was.......

"Next" a calm, monotone voice said.

Ky opened his eyes again. The two boys were lying unconscious on the ground, smoke rising from their bodies. Apparently Renim and gotten tired of waiting and had gunned them down with a flamethrower. Ky stepped over the bodies and slid a ten dollar bill in front of the android.

"Two"

Wordlessly, the android took the money and handed Ky two small, white tickets, each with a picture of a frozen lake and the words Ria High School Winter Formal printed upon them. Ky pocketed the tickets wordlessly and stepped out of the way.

Kurai smiled gleefully at Ky as he got his tickets. "ooooOO Two.. i wonder who the other person is!!" Kurai said hopping up and down Kurai shoved the two burned bodies away into the snow from him with a foot and stepped up to Renim. "O-Hio!! one ticket!" Kurai smiled at Renim. He then quickly scanned her from toes to hair. "or.. we could have 2.. if you know what i mean..." Kurai smirked as he leaned against the counter. Renim gave him a silent expression and slid one ticket twoards his arm. "Thatll be 5 bucks.." She said.

Kurai felt like she didnt get the hint. "you know.. if you arent doing anything that night.. we could.." Renim proceeded to pick up her flame thrower. " you could always work on your most fasinating homewrok!" Kurai then quickly ran behind Ky.

"eep./"

Renim slowly putted down her flame thrower. "next."

Aili flashed a smile at Rayan. "yea, I can't believe they're already selling tickets. Just look at that line."

The female teacher glanced at the line behind her. "Well, where you going now?"

Rayan hesitated for a moment at the question asked to him, and then replied, "Well...I was considering getting a ticket...to go to the dance, I mean. Although I'm not exactly crazy about standing in line for all eternity..."

He thought for a moment, and then said to Aili with a slight chuckle, "Well, I suppose I could try to smuggle out a ticket so that I don't have to wait so long, but that might not go over so well with the administrative board. I might have to suffer through some lecture about setting an example to the students or something along those lines."
