Markings: Gizmo is a pale wolf, good coloration to hide in the snow. His fur is adorned with a chestnut coloured patch on the top of his head, his back, his left knee, and his right elbow. His eyes are a wonderful shade of gold and the insides of his ears and nose are pink.
Personality: Gizmo is a strange little pup indeed with his bizarre behaviour patterns that seem to change constantly. At first glance this wolf appears to be shy, wary and very timid, jumping at his own shadow. In fact this is very true, his fear of scary trees and other things make others underestimate his strengths.
His mind is a very complicated place, filled with sufferings of his short time with his small pack before he set off alone. If asked of his past or family he will usually close up, and act that he doesn't remember or doesn't care. Sometimes if he feels threatened by the wolf or creature asking he will snap back and get quite angry. The key is to gain his trust and he shall be a loyal friend.
Yet in all this suffering, inside of the little wolf is a joyous pup desperate to escape, he wants to fit in and be like others of his age even though he finds it difficult. If you can overlook the mood swings and rather cold exterior, you will find a bouncing pup who wants nothing more than to play and have someone to love him.
Despite being a little moody he is also a careful pup, considering all aspects of an idea and action before doing anything. This can lead into too much thinking and could possibly irritate some wolves, but more than often his will to think before acting will prove to be useful. Yet contrasting to this, he can be very impulsive when his emotions come into play, whether it be anger or love. He is very much a wolf of the heart with his mind in perfect balance if his emotions are not strong enough to over power it.
His shy and nervous nature to strangers is due to his obvious flaws, being a tiny runt pup has made him feel little of himself and his talking disability has made him the focus of a lot of teasing. In time he shall learn to overcome both flaws, but for now he shall drag them with him wherever he treads.

 ~ A Hidden Past ~
We enjoy warmth because we have been cold. We appreciate light because we have been in darkness. By the same token, we can experience joy because we have known sadness.
--David WeatherfordDespite how Gizmo turned out, his pack was pretty average in all aspects. Run by his mother and father the two alpha wolves and a female beta, the pack was of a small size considering how big some grew. He was the youngest of his parent's first litter with two older sisters and a brother who began to develop into strong pups before himself.
Yet not all was as it seemed in Gizmo's little world, with humans constantly threatening the pack they had no option but to move deeper into the forest. The little pup often overheard his parents discussing his rate of survival, and doubting whether he would survive the journey, let alone the winter. With this weighing in his mind it didn't help that his brother and sisters constantly teased him and made him feel inadequate. His speech rapidly got worse as his confidence faded into nothing and by the time he had grown old enough to walk steady on his feet he took the initiative and left.
Ever since then he has been blocking out the memories of the past, only to have them come swooping back to haunt his nightmares and at other times when he is awake. They are often the cause behind his mood swings and make him a fierce little thing.
His motive to survive and prove to his family that he isn't a worthless little runt will most likely be the one reason which will get him through his first winter, along with the friends he makes on the way. His strong belief in the moon and stars above may also tiumph into developing his strange behaviour and make him even more unique than he already is.

On his journey however, perhaps it was destiny that he was to meet with his brother Sable. He was hurt and annoyed that after all his efforts to escape from his past, it was here in the form of his sibling, staring him in the face.
During a brief encounter alone with the pup, he was told that his family had been slaughtered by the humans who had been forcing them to keep on the move, and even though Sable appeared sincere, Gizmo would not believe. He does not think his pack would have been so stupid and inferior to the two-legs to succumb so easily.
In time the shock will settle in and maybe he will be able to grieve, but not before cutting the bond between him and his brother. Yet he did forgive Sable for past pains, even though he wishes him not to stay, only time will tell whether this one surviving family member will take a place in his heart.

 Haku ~
They met whilst Gizmo was on his search for Aeria, and although it appeared they would not be friends, they both learnt that they were similar in many ways. It didn''t take too long for them to sort out their differences, and Gizmo looks up to him and respects his strength and wisdom. They have become unrelated brothers. Gizmo has become Haku''s calming force, the gentle soul easing the older wolf''s temper and although the wolf has different morals and has changed rapidly, Gizmo will always think fondly of him and never wish harm upon the dark wolf. In time their friendship will strengthen and become even better than it was before.
 Leradien ~
Haku''s mate, and Gizmo''s alpha. When the pup first laid eyes on the fiersome looking female the pup was terrified of her and ran away, but since then he has learned to trust her, and would easily protect her from others. Perhaps it is because she is important to Haku that the little pup was able to discard his fear for her. She is a wise and respectable leader who will surely defend her pack. Since then she has also given birth to beautiful pups and although Gizmo has not yet had the honour of meeting them personally they are beautiful replicas of their parents. She did scare him however when she went to see her, mothering instincts making her protective and vicious looking.
 Aeria ~
A pretty young female of similar age to Gizmo, they met by complete chance alongside the forest and were drawn together by the harsh winter wind. Their meeting was quick, and they were seperated but the kindness she showed Gizmo will not easily be forgotten, and you can be sure they will meet again very soon, or else the little pup will surely be very upset. Upon finding each other again their friendship increased, growing with everyday whether they were together or not. If Gizmo was ever to love another deeply then it would be this beautiful female who he has confessed to liking more than any other. Let''s hope there is love in the air for these two youngsters.
 Jade ~
Jade is a high spirited young wolf, filled with excitement and adventure. Her hyperactive nature and good heart is what Gizmo finds so attractive. They have known each other a long time and have had many adventures together. He thinks fondly of her, and thinks of her as a younger sister, wanting to keep her safe and innocent. However their meetings do not usually last very long and it is quite often that they go their seperate ways after a word or two.

Gizmo could not believe his little golden eyes when he spotted this handsome little thing in the woods and his jealousy instantly erupted. He does not hate Kamali but wishes that he could be a little more interesting to look at. His ultimate fear is that this shy little thing will steal Aeria from him, but as time went on they learnt to get on well. This wolf does not play as others would and he seems to be a shy and timid thing, yet the two have become brothers, caring deeply for one another, even when the minty wolf went off alone in the forest.
 Feanaro ~
This adult wolf followed the pack for a time, returning to take back Gaara, whilst the other wolves saw nothing but evil Gizmo strongly believes that this wolf just needs to be shown a bit of kindness. He begged the wolf to join the pack and although he accepted the others would not. Now that Giz is older he has gone in search of this adult and found him easier than he thought, the two have now become "brothers" and Gizmo respects and looks up to this wolf perhaps even more than any other. There is an understanding between them that goes deeper than any normal friends and even though they can not be together for long periods of time Gizmo will most likely try his best to return for visits.
 Monenoke ~
This pretty young purple wolf was dubbed ''Marble'' by Gizmo after he failed to pronounce her name correctly. They only met for a short time but in that brief moment Gizmo came to respect this wolf due to her bravery in the face of danger. She was assumed to join the pack, but learned soon after she was needed by her friends and left to start a pack with them. Gizmo hopes that one day they will meet up again someday and that may be sometime soon as she is Kamali''s mate and will probably visit often.
 Whisper ~
A pleasant and charming young wolfess with a coat that attracted Gizmo, she is the sister of Kamali and the two made instant friends. They are very much alike, with speech and actions and it is certain that they will stay friends and meet up in the future. She had a wound to her shoulder when they first met that worried Gizmo a little but she is a survivor by nature and he is positive she will be alright.

When they first met Gizmo was a little wary of her, but he soon saw the true wolf inside, she is kind and knowledgable and they seem to share similiarities in their past. They have an understanding with each other that their conversation will be kept secret making the little pup feel more special than he ever has before. Since Gizmo has grown he has not seen much of the female although she still remains a member of the pack. He will try his best to speak with her more so that their friendship can be increased, his respect for her never dwindling.
@Tobias ~
Gizmo hasn''t really had much time to speak with Tobias, he has learned that he is a soft spoken wolf, and the older brother of Kam-Kam. When the pack have settled in their new home perhaps there will be more time for some bonding, yet at the moment Tobie only seems to hang out with his brother, maybe in time this will change and they will see more of each other. Jade seems to enjoy his company too and the last time he saw this patterened wolf he was with the green femme. He has a kind heart and tries seems to try his best to do good things
@Chagrin ~
After running away from a scary wolf and leaving Aeria alone, the little pup bumped into this older male. At first it appeared they would not get on, yet Chagrin also showed a kindness towards the runt and kept him warm from the coldness of winter. Perhaps they too will become good friends in time but after a while Gizmo woke up and took it upon himself to leave the male wolf, dissapearing without a word. He has yet to see this wolf again and it is not certain whether they will ever see each other.
@Lexi ~
This female is partnered with Gaara, and partly responsible for Sable''s death. She seems to be protective of Gizmo and helped carry him across the river. She seems to have a strong sense of responsibility but also shows traces of a temper. Gizmo is not too sure what to make of her, sometimes being a little nervous in her presence, yet he senses her kind heart and tries not to let her bother him too much.
@Vashin ~
This young male is full of life and has an incredible kindness, they met briefly when he was still a pup during a little excursion and the two got on quite well, and then saw each other again when he had grown into a fine young adolescent. Gizmo likes this male but can''t help but a feel a little jealous over his charms and noble birth. He seems to have an incredible way with the ladies that Gizmo lacks and his carefree and friendly attitude is something to be respected. He will become a strong and handsome wolf when he is an adult that is for sure, someone who will maybe become an alpha himself one day. It would be good if they could meet again.
@Ieshia ~
A pup full of life and energy, she is ever looking for adventure and something to ease her excessive boredom. She seems to have no fear of ranks, doing as she pleases and speaking her mind. Gizmo has taken a great fondness towards her even though they haven''t known each other for very long. It seems she can bring out the pup inside of him and make him forget the worries of adulthood. Even if they part after their meeting they will probably remain friends even after the ups and downs that their first meeting had.
@Soul ~
Gizmo hasn''t so much as spoken to this wolf has seen her, she appeared like a golden angel - in Giz'' eyes anyway - and his heart was struck with cupid''s arrow. Even though there will be no chance of the two getting together, she is Gizmo''s very first crush if you don''t count his affection towards Aeria and will not be forgotten easily. Perhaps one day they will meet again when Giz is older and they will be able to have a proper conversation instead of glimpses at one another.
@Kahlaria ~
If there was ever a more pure and innocent soul as hers Gizmo has yet to find it. She greeted them warmly, the shining youth of puphood still glimmering in her eyes. She is a treasure so sweet and kind that Gizmo felt instantly relaxed in her company. They went on a fishing trip that did however end abruptly when she took off. Gizmo was worried about her, but later learned that she detested the smell of red meat. It seems strange that such a delicate flower would be the mate of Feanaro, and yet she also holds a poise and elegance that makes her a brilliant alpha, one who will lead with kindness and not brute force.
@Keefe ~
A strong dark male who looks a little intimidating but is really a gentle wolf who finds the idea of a hunt a little nerveracking. His partner is Nafeeza and he seems extremely protective of her. Though Gizmo did not speak as much with this wolf as he would have liked he felt that there was nothign to fear from him. He will make a good and strong beta to Fea, helping him protect his lands from those who might wish to steal it from him.

If every wolf has an enemy then this wolf would be Gizmo''s. Straight off the little pup got on Giz''s nerves, by acting strong and tough to Haku and disrespecting him. Yet even though Gizmo did not have fond memories of being with his brother, his sudden and horrific death chilled the pup to his heart, leaving him racked with grief and torment.

 Gaara ~
They met when Gizmo was taking a walk alone, and didn''t start off on the right paw. The older pup was spiteful and mocking and if Haku hadn''t have shown up than who knows what could have happened between the two, only time will tell if these two will ever become friends, or perhaps destiny will make them enemies, one thing is for sure; these two pups have terribly different ways in thinking. Things have taken a turn for the worse when Gizmo saw this wolf kill his own brother, and despite Gizmo''s best efforts he has now openly declared anger and dislike for this male, threatening to kill him after the dark wolf spoke of killing his own puppies.

 As a pup Gizmo lacks confidence and the ability to speak his mind. Words come difficulty to him and so he lets actions show what he cannot say. His nervous behaviour and cowardice in the face of danger makes him no threat to wolf or other large animals yet he is already proving to be a good and successful hunter.
Under guidance of his elders perhaps he will finally break free from his shell and gain the confidence that was torn away from him at birth.
Friend of everyone it appears that although he was desperate to stay away from pack-life and lead one alone he has managed to be drawn into a pack. Perhaps this was for his own good for such a kind and gentle soul cannot be left to perish in the cold.
Only time will tell whether he will remain with this newfound pack, but perhaps Aeria will be the one to persuade him to stay and let his curiousities of solitude die.
He has already shown other signs of willing to be beside his brother forever and to never leave his side, as well as Aeria; who is the young female he has become quite attatched to. Acting as a calming force for his brother and a dear and loyal friend to the young female it is hard to see why he would wish to leave.
Yet his mind often falls upon that of Feanaro who he met as just a little thing, now that he is growing he can't help but wonder what the older wolf is doing and whether he and the crow will ever visit him. Yet in his heart he knows this would not be allowed, for his brother Haku has different views of acting towards strangers, treating them as threats rather than the friends that Gizmo sees.
 Growing up has done little to dull the innocence in Gizmo's heart, and he still remains naive, cheerful and passionate of everyone. No wolf in his eyes could do wrong, and he is slowly starting to forget his past and move on with his life.
His dedication to the pack is unwavering, and although Gizmo is the most gentlest wolf he is now starting to show bravery and courage. He will not hear a word said against his pack mates, particularly his brother Haku and will defend them strongly. The same can be said for his collection of friends, all of who are extremely important to the young wolf. Aeria and Jade are his most favourite girls, and you can be sure he will spring to their aid if needed. He draws courage and strength from his pack and friends, and is able to stand up to things when working as a team.
Yet the curiosity has still not faded in his youthful heart, and he often takes little adventures from the packlands, scouting the area in hopes to meet someone new or perhaps come across a familiar face.
His speech however seems to have not improved, still simple and broken, yet he does participate in conversation much more than he used to and perhaps he will soon be a completely normal wolf. The wounds inside him are slowly starting to heal, and although he will not forget his pains they are becoming less and less dominant in his mind.
With subjects of love however Gizmo is still a little naive, not quite understanding the ways it works, and even with a few words from Haku it still confuses him greatly. Perhaps it will take a few words from a kind female to swing his indecision into understanding. Yet the most important thing that has changed insidew of Gizmo is his desire to be surruonded by his pack. No longer does he crave to walk alone, but rather to walk side by side with his brethren. Maybe one day he will decide to go on a journey, but for now this adolescent is staying right where he is; safe in the den of his friends.

~ Familiars ~ The crunching of hooves on the frosty grass and the majestic stag moves from the forest and into the sun, bending his heavy-antlered head to graze. Name: Hart
Name meaning: deer, stag
Font color: dark red
Species: Deer

Markings: Hart's fur is a very deep, warm brown which glimmers red in the sunshine, and the fur along his spine is a darker shade. Contrasting with this he has a smoky grey belly and mask on his face. He has a dark muzzle and the insides of his ears are pale grey. The most important feature are his green/brown antlers of which he is very proud of.
Personality: Hart is a tempermental deer, very much emotional especially with anger. He tends to get on very well with females, liking to protect them and feel macho whilst doing so, yet he despises other males. He often threatens them and likes to put the younger males in their place, showing them that he is strong and tough. Yet he is a very wise deer who will not fight another he knows he has no chance against and he has many tricks to get away from wolves and other predators which is probably why he has done so well for himself.Fur black as night and eyes emerald green, the quick-footed squirrel dashes beneath the trees. Markings: The black fur makes her invisible at night, making it easier for her to scavenge on the ground. She has a pale belly which is almost white in shade and a grey muzzle and paws. The insides of her ears are also grey and she has a pair of bright emerald eyes, adorned with a small grey spot above each.
Personality: Salali is not the most intelligent squirrel you will ever meet, being a little naive and gullible is what she is known for. In a way this makes her strangely endearing, and she does love company, especially with other males. Apart from this she also has another very obvious personality flaw; her terrible memory and panic attacks. She is always forgetting things except of course where her food is, since greed is her speciality. Bravery is not on her to-do list and just about anything and everything scares her.
