That little purple girl had just been messing with her head, had just been pulling her around and never really meaning to lead her down any road but sadness. Why did everyone lie to her and push her away? Even Chau's own mother had left her after she'd discovered what had happened to her cub's father, what had happened to the male that she'd admired and loved despite most females not having cared for him at all.
Every single step that Chau had made towards a happier life had been pulled and tugged along until she discovered who the real lions pulling the strings were. Maybe it was just that she made bad choices when she decided to trust someone, but either way it left her no closer to a happier life than she'd ever been before.
Now all the little white and pink female wished for was to find a place to fall down and cry, to forget it all so that she could think of maybe a new place to try... though she doubted that the new place would be any different than the places she'd tried before, than the people that had been at he places before.

Kigao rolled from side to side laying on his back...his back itched and he wanted it to stop. The one that tried scratching his back on the sand was a large male adult lion his fur was light, his eyes where light green and he had an almost purplish mane covering his head and many beautiful white markings covering his body.
Kigao wagged his tail from side to side as he wiggeld on his back...not many would think that adult male lions would do something goofy as this but Kigao was diffrent he was still a child at heart and still had no idea how big he had gotten..
Kigao starred up on the treebranches as he continued wiggeling the weather was really nice today as well..

Something in her lungs was hitching as she continued to run, the tears making it harder than normal to see. In general all of Chau's other senses were amplified because of her blindness, honed so sharply that she was able to use one predominantly and turn all the others off if she had to. However, in light of what was happening right now, with how she was crying and how fast she was moving, it was almost impossible for Chau to see the large lump of male lion on the ground in front of her before she tripped and sprawled over his body unintentionally.
Tangled as she'd suddenly become with him, Chau still didn't realize that it was a male she was entwined with so ungracefully and she spluttered out appologizes and begged for forgiveness as much as she possibly could, her shoulders shaking and her body wriggling to try and find a place to roll off of him that didn't involve more of his larger body.
Releasing her claws, Chau dug them into the ground over his side and drug herself from on top of his body that way, panting and trying to clear her still tear filled eyes by rubbing them with her bright pink forepaws.

Oh my! what was this now something soft but not to big fell on him and he usually would have gotten scared but since it was so sudden he was just surprised, he looked up and spotted a white and pink colored lioness she still looked young so she couldn't be an adult yet maybe she was it his age? <3 yes that probably was it they would be the same size then. Kigao smiled towards the female and sat up but then he noticed she was crying...
" Oh my...poor girl what happend to you then? "
He said gently with his soft voice and peeked down on her underneath his purple bangs. He tilted his head and looked as innocent as he use to and then he moved a little closer to the female and reached out his tail and dried away one of her tears with the purple fluff..

Rubbing her eyes harder, Chau finally saw who it was before her when his super fluffy tail brushed the tears from her eyes. She couldn't see what he'd said, but she could guess that he was trying to help her, so Chau blushed heavily and tried to keep herself rooted on the spot.
Most males were cruel right? Like her father had been to his females? So why was this one so nice when all the others probably would have broken her or killed or raped her by now? Why was this male trying to help her to wash away her tears?
"T..thank you.. for that." Chau stumbled over her words for the first time in her life, not sure what to say to a male that had helped her. In fact it was the first time she'd been helped in a while. The simple fact that he'd cared enough to help her.. it made her chest fill up with happiness despite the huge amount of fear also boiling in her heart. The part of her that screamed to run away was being silenced by the sheer joy that someone had cared enough about her to help when no one else cared for her.

He asked once more maybe she didn't hear him before since she was apparently upset and sad. What could have happend that he would like to know. He wagged his tail a little and smiled brightly and then he puffed up his chest a little so his purple fluff looked bigger since he felt proud that he did something good.
" You are welcome...i can't just sit here and watch you cry "
He might not know her but he was a gentleman and always had been. Then he continued to sit there and wait for the female to say something more.

Supressing a light giggle when the purple fluff of his mane seemed to swell up more as his chest did, Chau inclined her head shakily. Just because he was nice didn't clear him entirely yet. He was still a male. However... something about him was different, something about him made him seem like he would be a good lion to reach out and hug and just cling to as she cried.
It wasn't like with all the others, they'd all seemed like they would push her away if they got the chance, and they all had, just as she'd felt when she'd first met them. But this male seemed like he would never do that, like he would let her stay if she wanted to, like he would stay maybe if she asked?
"Yes, I think I'm fine now." Chau said after a few moments, her pale green eyes taking him in carefully. He was larger than any male she'd ever met and her being tiny didn't really help all that much, but at least she wasn't TOO small. "Thank you, it... it helped." She said once more, her eyes smiling at him as her muzzle tilted upwards slowly and shakily.

She seemed to be fine atleast but why was she sad? maybe someone had been mean to her. He didn't think young girls like her should run around here by themselves since there was many nasty males around here. Kigao's brain was very naive but he still knew what some men did to girls witch wasn't good.
" Well my name is Kigao...what is yours? "
His name ment shield and that kind of fitted him very well. Then he smiled again...yay he helped her and that was really good now he had done something good today then just scratching his back. He rolled his shoulders a little since thinking about the itching made it itch again..
" Young girls like you shouldn't be alone...there are many nasty males that like lonley girls like you "
He didn't say that to scare her just to point out to her to be careful.

The way that he spoke the last thing he'd said made her realize that he probably wasn't one of those males. However he hadn't needed to point it OUT to her when she was already petrified of males. Kigao probably didn't realize but still... it was a frightening thought.
Edging a little closer to him at his words, Chau watched his muzzle to see if he said anything else and watched him roll his shoulders instead, almost like he was irritated with something.
"I'm Chau.. I think it means Pearls?" She said softly, still watching him roll his shoulders carefully. "Is... is something wrong?" Chau asked this shyly, not wanting to make him mad by pointing it out. Maybe he had a problem with his shoulders like she had with her ears? Or something?

Kigao didn't even think that it might be stupid to say that to a young girl maybe because he was a male himself and didn't really have to worry about being attacked. He then rolled his shoulders again...
" Wrong with me? ah no my back is just itching that is what i was doing when you fell over me heh "
He said and laughed a little since he tought that was funny that she didn't notice him at all. Oh pearls that was reeeeeally beautiful <3 it fitted her perfectly since she looked like a white pearl well with pink on.
" My name meens shield but i don't think that fits me...yours fits you great~~ it's very pretty "
He smiled again and wagged his tail playfully.

"Oh.. it itches? Would you like some help?" Chau asked softly, her green eyes still sort of wary of him as she inched a little closer to him once more. She couldn't let him sit there and suffer an itch when she knew how much they could annoy even 'her'.
Smiling gently at his wagging tail and of his praise for her name, Chau felt herself warm up just a little bit more and she inched over towards him carefully, watching his every move. She had to test it.... had to be sure that it was real, if that made sense.
"Shield... it fits for your size. I'm not sure if mine fits, but thank you." Chau cast him a soft smile and swished her own white tuffed tail softly over the grass as she did so.

Kigao nodded yeah it itched soooooo bad since his coat was very thick now these days and the bugs really liked living in Kigao's fur well they lived in almost every animals fur but right now he jsut cared about himself, atleast when it came to the itching. He bite his lower lip and looked at the female...
" Umm sure you can help me if you want to...it's hard for me to reach "
Shield fitted his size? what? why would it do that? he wasn't much bigger then she was right?
" Why would it do that? you are not much bigger then i am "
He said gently...and that comment probably made Chau realise that Kigao still tought he was younger then he actually was maybe that was why he was acting so childish?

Trotting around to his back without thinking much more about it, Chau figured that the safest place on males was to be behind them. Reacing up she ran her claws down his back as lightly as she could, her pink paws blatantly annoying her with... how pink they were. Normally she would have attacked her own paws when she saw the color, but she was helping someone so she could attack them later... probably.
"It's no problem, if it helps then it's a good thing." Chau said simply, not bothering to explain it any further. "Well you're bigger than I am, not by much but enough right? So I figure that shield fits someone that's obviously much stonger."
Luckily she'd read what he'd said before she'd walked around him, but in order to hear what Kigao said next, Chau was forced to stop scratching his back and walk back around to face him again. If he discovered she was deaf he probably wouldn't want to talk to her, maybe would even hurt her. She didn't want the nicest and only nice male she'd met to be cruel all of a sudden just because of that...

Kigao really liked getting some helped and it didn't itched as much as before when the white and pink female scratched his back she probably got away a few of the bugs in his fur. Smiling happily as she scratched him a little more then she stopped and walked to face him again...
He blinked and looked a Chau it was to bad that she stopped but she couldn't scratch him for ever right?
" Yeah~~ thank you sooo much "
Then he smiled again and watched the female with his light green eyes..

Blinking at the way he'd said it, Chau felt something in her melt a little and a soft smile spread over her white muzzle. He was a nice male, nicer than most of the lionesses that she'd seen in the past, nicer than any of the males she'd ever met. He was so nice....
"You're welcome. I'm glad I was of some use." Chau said, her voice soft and shiveringa s she said it, as if she were afraid he would lash out at her for even thinking to say it.
"Oh please, don't let HIM get you all riled up now." Hang said, appearing behind Kigao and smiling at Chau. Of course Kigao couldn't see Hang as she was only a thought in the back of Chau's mind, but Hang and Chau were so connected that they could speak back and forth easily as if Hang existed.
It didn't occur to Chau that Hang wasn't real, the fact that she could hear Hang and not Kigao didn't have an impact on her, it made no sense but there was no impact.
This time Chau just chose to ignore Hang and glanced back at Kigao, a brighter smile spreading over her muzzle because of Hang's goading.
