Ah the newspaper staff, tis be your quail in hand that writes the legends of this guild. Here, we shall join together, link our common goal together to tell the tale of our guilds fable stories.

How shall this place be setup? I am sure after time we'll have a more organized manner of doing things, for now though, I want you, the staff, to design and create your own areas. Create your own threads, you name it, you do it really. But discuss in here. So people are probably wondering what kind of staff I am looking for, well you can always add to this list if you wish, but I think this is the bare minimum we need.

First thing first, I suppose we'll start off with writers. Those who wish to do articles, you can create your own thread, you can post up your work there, or have people come in and just put up some intersting things you might want to cover. Once you pick up an article, make sure to notify the head of staff, just to make sure no one else is covering it. After you finished writing it, drop it by to the editors, they'll proof read it, tell you if you need to make changes, and after that, it is off to the graphic designers.

Graphic designers, you can create your own thread, putting up templets perhaps, or, a place for people to put their finished work so you can transform it with your skills into something really cool. Once you're done with it, you can send the finished work via pm to the head of staff. He'll then sort it all out, we can discuss what will go where, and then the finished work will be divided up among the staff to send to the people (more people, less we have to worry about how long it'll take to send).

Comics? If you're interested in this department, have fun creating some zany stuff, and ship it off to the editors, and then the graphic designers.

Editors? You guys will work together, less chance of having a major mess up or a small oversight. You guys can have a single thread, or work it out somehow into multi threads. The cool thing about being an editor is that you get to see everything ahead of time!

Dear Jane, you guys get your own little thread, I wish to have probably two co-writers. people can send you pms, you make it anonymous, and help them out and write your articles, your thread can be just for people who don't care if they anonymous or not. Or perhaps they just have a question about something, and you can answer it there and actually use it in your article

Interviewer/reporter, you guys get to interview people for the member and rp spotlight. You can hold the interview in your thread, or in pm's for secrecy, up to you really.

That's it for all the staff I have planned, if you wish to join, please post in here and what you wish to be, we'll see how to hook you up with it.

Meeting room: this place will be where we discuss things once a week about what is going on in the guild, is there anything we need to cover? Anything we need to change? When will the article be done? Those are the kind of questions we can ask in here. I am thinking about turning this into a different thread, just a sign up sheet, and temporary meeting room until we get a good line up of staff. Then we can start organizing and moving things around where we need to.

The best thing about this newspaper is that it is for the guild, by the guild. If you ever have something you want to see, add, or change, go ahead and say it, we love to hear it, for sometimes even the zanniest ideas can breed excellence. So have fun, and enjoy life ^_^.

One question... like... is there going to be more than one article writer? If there is, I'd love to be one, because writing articles is a lot of fun and a weekly project in my World Cultures class! ^^ But if there's only one position, I'll give it to someone else. =D

The only thing, though, is I don't know how often I'll be able to get my comics up... my scanner is difficult to work with, and I'm not supposed to have too much on the laptop... I could ask my friend to scan 'em, though... again, dunno quite yet >> <<;

To Aj, we'd love to have a lot of writers on staff, I am hoping to have probably 3-4 of them, so yeah I'll throw you in on there ^_^

As for you Annahh, I think it'd be pretty cool. You two working together will be awesome. I think we'll start hashing up some ideas really soon. We already got our first article down ^_^. So anyways as for the Dear Jane, it doesn't have to be something that someone has submitted you, you can just pick up subjects that you think you would like to discuss as well.
