Stupid migraines. She wasn't even aware she could get migraines with this dead body. Leaning away from the tree bark, Setsu continued on in her quest. So, the wizard's family was within this area of woods? At least that was what she was told by the star pelted male.
At the least, she had gotten use to walking on her hind legs. Much better than padding on four limbs. The excersize also allowed the dull and solitary time to pass by quicker and with less concern.

Cadis had decided to explore outside of the river for once. Her fur was still dripping water though as she weaved in between trees. She stopped here and there to smell the air. It was so different than beside the water. She could trust Dyami with her eggs, she knew that. But on the odd occasion, one of her tails would twitch, longing to hold her eggs beside her body.
She blinked for a second as the scenery seemed to change. Then she blinked again, this time she saw the outline of the kitsu clearly and she smiled and waved.
"Hello!" she called.

Now who was this? Setsu had felt the presence through ground vibrations, before the voice had decided to speak up. Head leaned to the side, eyes peering boredly for the source of the voice. The appearance of kisusagi had become more frequent, and aggitating to her nerves. She was not here to befriend, or chat. The only thing she stopped for was information on how to return to her former life. Something few seemed to help on.
Aww, there she was. Setsu's purple and red eye observed the other, raising a brow slightly at her wet form. To her hello, she gave a simple and courteous nod.

Cadis shifted awkwardly as she saw the other kitsu. How many kitsu stood on their hind legs? Her ears lowered slightly nervously as she slowly walked towards the other kitsu.
"Um, what brings you here?" she asked, her nerves showing through her voice.
She couldn't take her eyes off of the odd kitsu, despite how she tried, knowing that she was being rather rude.

"Nothing of importance." It seemed that simple, and Setsu was too fatigued to go into details. She shifted her weight on her legs, allowing them to withstand the paused walking and remain balanced. As to the other's obvious caution, Setsu allowed a helf shrug of unconcern. "No need to be frightened. I'm just passing through."
The femme twisted her tails, turning her head to glance her surroundings. The staring went ignored. Plain curiousity, from a distance, never hurt anyone. At least as far as Setsu coulc admit. "And what of you?"

Cadis shook her head.
"I'm not frightened," she stated, looking up at the other.
"Just, I've never seen any kitsu that stood on their hind legs before."
She looked back towards the river, her favorite place that she had ever visited.
"Exploration," she replied, grinning.
"I haven't seen that much of the Realm as of late, and I tend to keep to the river so I thought that I should see what the forests are like."

Brows lifted in tired aknowledgement. So, not many walked upright; were all four legged walkers? Seemed she achieved something uncommon through exhausting practice. Or stubbornness. "Hmm, well then. Enjoy your explorations." Scaled tails flickered behind her, helping to keep her balance. She had seen enough of rivers herself since being in realm. Now she was seeking out a...cabin. Was that what it was called? All she remembered was that she needed to locate the wizards who lived there.

Cadis blinked in surprise. She looked up at the other, it seemed to her that she was trying to get rid of her.
"Oh, thanks." Her tails dropped a little.
"Do you need any help?" she asked, hope in her voice.

The body language didn't go unnoticed. Though, Setsu wan't one to show sympathy. She couldn't, not with this body that was dead to emotional senses. A pausing glance was given to the dripping kitsu as Setsu considered her question. "Hmm, perhaps. I'm looking for a cabin." She had heard there was one full of wizards, another that was a resting location. At this point, either one would be enough to stumble upon.

Cadis' smile returned. This was the first time that she'd ever heard of the cabins, so it would be another adventure. She tried to recall her river travels. If she remembered correctly, the river went downstream to her right, which would mean that it was uphill to her left. The cabins would, logically be on higher ground. She pointed to her left with her paw.
"Lets go that way!"

One ear lifted in slight hesitation to the other kitsu's enthusiasm. Did she know where to locate the cabin? Like she had said, either would be fine to come across at this point. Even so, she didn't want to waste her time on senseless scouting. Figuring she had nothing better to go on, Setsu gave a nod to Cadis. Leaning forward, she fell to all fours, deciding on this moment to walk casually.

Cadis smiled slightly.
"Building tend to be on higher ground," she explained as she set off at a walking pace. She looked over curiously to see the other now walking on four legs.
"And the river goes downstream behind us now, so if we walk uphill then we should find a cabin. Logically speaking that is." She grinned sheepishly, hoping that it didn't end up as a wild goose chase.

The clothed female followed quietly, not really in the mood for speech or argument. Cadis' statment did sound like it made sense. All they could do now was to find out. Purple and red eye turned to watch the river flow by right alongside them. Seemed there was always a river wherever she wandered. "Tell me.....is this place, this "Realm", a peaceful land?"

Cadis tilted her head to the side. She thought back as far as she could, trying to remember if anything had gone awry.

How....dull. And here Setsu was looking for an excuse to let out her tensions. To live somewhere where threats were unheard of; too rare to concern over. The female would have nothing to distract her from getting home at least.
