 Leini rubbed her swelling belly with a paw. It wasn't hard to hunt, but she was still hungry, and kinda lazy. She yawned and pulled herself up, leaving Inyoni's side, who was still sleeping.
She whispered a small 'I'm going for a walk.' to her mate and walked started away.
Sitting at the edge of a nearby waterhole, she dipped her paws in and looked up to the night sky; red eyes shinning in the moonlight.

Kousai wandered around aimlessly, unable to sleep for once. It was kind of nice taking a stroll at night, he thought, kind of relaxing in a way. He continued to pad along the grass, looking at the world around him, when he spotted a figure up ahead. Nervously he debated in his head whether or not he should go talk with this stranger, he never really talked to anyone before and was afraid of making an absolute fool of himself. He enjoyed being alone, he'd been alone for a good part of his life, but maybe it would be good to meet someone for once. He slowly walked towards the figure, trying not to startle them and just pretend he was getting a drink of water from the waterhole.

Leini's red eyes glanced over to the appearing wild dog upon hearing him. She glared at the male for a second, looking him over. How contemplated speaking to him, after looking over his markings.
He had the same 'dust dipped' paws she did.
"Who are you?" she asked with her head tilted; not recognizing her brother.
Her ears flatened slightly to her head and one of her wet paws was pressed against her swollen abdomen in an almost defensive stance, though it was relaxed.

Kousai flinched and backed away a little, somewhat eager to get away from this crazy female at the moment. He stopped himself in his tracks, why was he afraid of a girl? He shouldn't be running away. He planted his paws where they were and stood his ground, determined not to run. "What does it matter what my name is? Maybe I just wanted something to drink," he growled with a challenge in his voice.

Leini pressed her paw further against her stomach; realizing what she was doing afterwards. She placed her paw back into the water with a splash. and growled back. "Well maybe." She paused and huffed. "Maybe I might know you!"
She have him a cold glare and huffed. She was still alert around the ever familiar male.

He decided he wouldn't give up the fight just yet. "Maybe I'd be more inclined to tell you my name if you tell me yours first," he glared right on back. He started to feel like a jerk, he was being mean to a female, and what looks to be a pregnant one at that, with the way she kept rubbing her stomach. He somehow realized what he was doing was wrong, but no one had taught him otherwise. He never really learned how he was supposed to act around others, much less how to be a gentleman.

Her ears didn't let up, even after she heard the male's next comment. She didn't want to stress and miscarry her first litter.
Biting her bottom lip then. "Fine then." She said. "Name's Leini." She rubbed on her pregnant belly again; looking at the cloud-colored lightly rounded belly.
Red eyes gleamed lightly, hoping the male would let up and give her his name.

He stared at her in shock. "Are you really Leini?" he asked as he looked at her markings and nodded his head slightly when he realized it actually was her. His stance relaxed and he slowly padded closer to her with a smile on his face. "You were right then, you do know me, or you should at the very least. It's been a long time since we've seen each other though... Care to take a guess as to who I am? Or do you want me to be nice and just tell you?"

She shifted slightly from paw to paw. "K... Kou-somthing... Kousai? That's it right? Mom's eyes weren't dominant," She gave a small laugh and her tail started to wag as she recalled her siblings eye colors. They were mostly read like her fathers, only two coming out with green eyes.
"I can't believe it though!" She exclaimed excitedly. "How've you been getting along?" She questioned happily.

He grinned and nodded his head, glad she was able to figure out who he was. "I've been alright, I guess. Mainly just wandering around the place," he shrugged his shoulders and then tried to steer the conversation away from him. "What have you been up to?" he asked curiously with a tilt of his head. "Who knocked you... I mean... Who's the lucky guy?"

"I was looking for Kylosus," She said with a slight nibble on her lip. She shifted on her paws. "So, I was traveling with Inyoni." she shifted again.
"And thus, I carry Inyoni's child," she said with a smile. She then, paused for a second. "Have you seen any of our other siblings lately?" She questioned with a tilt of her head.
She hasn't seen any of the siblings since... sh was a pup! Save for Kylosus. She really missed them all.
"What about Mum and Dad?"

"That's awesome that you were able to find a mate," he gave a small smile and unconciously wagged his tail. "As for your question, I haven't seen anyone in a long time," he sighed. "You're the first one I've ran into in awhile. Do you know where the others may be? We could try to find them if you want. I'm curious to see how they are doing."

"Ah... I see," she felt dejected, but a swing in her mood made her happy again. "They're probably all traveling by now," she commented, proud of the traveling blood running through her veins.
She thought over something. "But I suppose I'll be stationary for a little while after..." she looked down to her belly and raised a paw to it.

He gave a small chuckle. "Thats understandable. You need to find a home and take care of the kid. Do you have a home already? Or are you out looking for one?" he asked curiously, wondering if that was one of the reasons she was out searching. "It would be nice to settle down for a bit," he admitted with a sigh. "I'm kinda envious of you. You've found yourself a mate and are already starting a family. Way to go!" he smiled warmly as he sat down to make himself more comfortable.

Leini laughed. "No home yet, no..." She smiled and pet her belly. "You'll find someone!" She said in an attempt to cheer her up.
To further show her affection she flung water at him. "Cheer up!" She said and giggled.
