Sadie splashed the water as she leaned over her cupcake wrapper covering. It was strange, how the cupcake wrapper floated as it usually sunk when she swam under water. But Sadie didn't notice the difference. She found the water humourous, how when she stared at it she saw her twin. But when she touched the water's surface the twin disappeared.
Sadie splashed some more, giggling now. "Twin, come up and play with Sadie. Sadie wants to play. Yes oh yes." She sighed before giggling some more. The twin still refused to come out of its hiding place. Perhaps Sadie would have to come and go under to find her twin. "But I can't leave my friend!" Sadie clung to her wrapper now.

Lumidee slowly made her way around when she heard laughter coming from somewhere nearby and soft splashes. Carefully listening she found the source, another Choumeida like herself. She was very cute and seemed to enjoy herself splashing about.
"He-hello there." Lumidee said softly.

Sadie splashed some more while continuously staring down into that water. No the twin wasn't coming up to play with her. Hearing the hello threw her off, Sadie blinked and turned to stare at the other Choumeida. A few seconds past before Sadie let out a gasp, and moved backwards in her cupcake wrapper.
Sadie still stared at the other, blinking rapidly. Finally she grinned. "You came to play with me afterall, but you sure look different now." Sadie leaned over and started to paddle over with her hands to the other Choumeida, still grinning.

Lumidee blinked and tilted her head slightly in confusion. She watched as the Choumeida paddled in her direction but she was truly baffled. Do I know her at all? She thought.
"Whaddaya mean I look different? I'm Lumidee and I don't think I've ever changed the way I look hehe." She giggled softly and began to skitter over to the bright orange Choumeida.

Sadie shook her head. "No you do know me!" She insisted. "I met you over there, you were under the water." Sadie pointed to where she was before. "Right? You looked just like me! You must be my Twin!" Sadie finally reached the other Choumeida. "I'm Sadie."

Lumidee was even more puzzled. "I wasn't underwater right now!" She insisted. I was overwater!" She persisted, what was up with this Choumeida?
"Well Nice to meet ya Sadie! And I don't think we're twins but we do look alike." She gasped cutely. "What if we're sisters!?"

"You were!?!" Sadie sighed and tugged at the cupcake wrapper. "Oh." That was upsetting. And here she was hoping this Choumeida was her twin. No luck at all.
"We look alike." It was a question but the way she said it sounded more like a statement. "Yeah, yeah we do." Kinda. The same hairstyle and same look but different colours, Sadie could live with that.
"Sisters? Nah I don't have any sisters. All I have is the twin under water." She pointed at the water. "She can't come above water. She never comes when I call her" She whispered while explaining, looking then over her shoulder.

"Yeeeah I was!" Lumidee said and noticed her disappointment.
Lumidee nodded as Sadie seemed to be confirming their appearance to herself.
"No sisters? And aww how sad." She frowned a bit and leaned her head in as Sadie told her about her twin.
"Can I meet her?" She asked quietly.

(I'll continue to rp Sadie as a child, to make things less confusing.)
"You want to meet her?!?" Sadie's eyes turned huge. No one ever wanted to meet her twin before, always telling her that she was the only one that looked like....well her and that her twin wasn't actually her twin. But Sadie never believed them because her twin was real, she was sure of it.
"Here, Lumi. She's right here." Sadie pointed at the water when she leaned over. Staring back at her was her twin, with the same purple eyes, and even down to the open mouthed and wide eyed expression that Sadie herself was wearing. Sadie grinned and her twin grinned. "Come look!" Sadie motioned Lumidee over.

"Yeees I want to meet her!" Lumidee said excitedly. She found Sadie to be so adorable and was enjoying the time they were spending together.
Lumidee giggled with excitement as Sadie leaned over and then beckoned her over anxiously. Lumidee peered over and then gasped, putting her hand to her mouth.
"Oh my Gosh! Look I have a twin too! And yours and mine both copy what we do!" She bounced enthusiastically.

And she did. Lumi really did have a twin, just like her! Sadie bounced in her cupcake wrapper, almost falling out. What a grand coincidence, how they both had twins of their own. How very lucky. Sadie grinned huge, her hand reaching out to her and Lumi's twins.
Her hand created ripples in the water, her twin and Lumi's twin seemed to look weird as she did so. Sadie watched in amazement as their images moved about with the water. The clownfish like Choumeida leaned back into her cupcake wrapper, before she turned to Lumi. "How come they do that? Maybe they are telling us something. Wanna go and see?"

(( should we have them make the transition to teenage years if they go into the water? I think it'd be something interesting to see their reactions to growing hehe ))
Lumi giggled with glee as she watched her own twin in amazement, her twin copied her in every way and even when her eyes turned to watch Sadie's twin, Lumi's twin would do the same.
Suddenly ripples formed distorting the twins in a strange fashion. My twin! Lumi thought but saw that her twin slowly returned to normal and smiled just as Lumi did. "Huh?" Lumi asked, coming out of her thought. "Hmm.. I dunno, and oh Gosh let's let's!" She said with excitement, clapping her hands.

Sadie grinned, grabbing her cupcake wrapper as she toppled over into the water. She splashed as the cupcake wrapper sunk. "Come on then Lumi!" Sadie dunked under the water, her purple eyes searching widly for her twin. That was when it hit. Sadie clutched her head under the water, mouth widening.
Water filled her mouth and she coughed, her body began to rise. "It hurts!!" She whined with a not so pitchy voice anymore. Sadie gasped, clutching her throat. "Why do I sound different?" She whined to herself, as she reached out to grab her cupcake wrapper. There was no cupcake wrapper anymore.
"Cupcakey?" Sadie's eyes searched around before falling on Lumi. "Lumi!! My cupcake wrapper is gone, you seen it?" Sadie swam over to Lumi, her tail making her swim fast. Wait. Tail? Sadie looked down, into the water as her wrapper tail surfaced. Her eyes caught her appearance and she screamed. "I...I....twiny looks different....." She was acting too childish and the twin thing, it didn't make sense to her anymore.

Lumi giggled with happiness and hopped into the water as well, forgetting that she didn't know how to swim. Hey eyes burst open immediately and she gazed around trying to find her twin.
"Where are--?" She began and then gasped, placing her hands to her throat. That didn't sound like herself at all! And her hands, and arms, they were so much bigger!
She looked around in bewilderment, perhaps her twin had been frightened away by her sudden splash and abrupt change? But where was Sadie? She reached for her warm wrapper and was shocked to find nothing but a long tail. She turned to find Sadie also staring down at her tail.
"Sadie! Oh gosh what's happened to us?!" She asked, her voice choking a bit from fright.

She moved her arms while staring at her reflection. "It was me, it was always me." She repeated sadly. She felt so stupid now, how could she have thought that was her twin? She never had a twin, never. That saddened her. Sadie sighed, her tail going back under the water. She stared at Lumi, blinking in surprise.
Lumi was exactly the same as her now, size wise. There were many differences though. Sadie played with her hair, not at all getting what had just happened. "I dunno Lumi." Why had the water acted so strange? She stared at the lavender colour of the water, sighing again. "We have no twins......"
