Yeah, put the Doctor's in order from -in your opinion- best to worst.
Here's mine (I haven't seen them all yet)
1. David Tennant
2. Peter Davison
3. Christopher Eccleston
4. Jon Pertwee
5. Tom Baker
6. Sylvester McCoy
7. William Hartnell

I've seen even fewer:
1. Eight (because he's drop-dead gorgeous and acts even more like a hyperactive little kid than Ten.)
2. Ten
3. Nine (it's close, but this is his punishment for scarpering after one season!)
4. One (because he's a grouchy git and believes in corporal punishment.)

My top five are always changing order, but they're usually the same.
1) Fifth Doctor (Peter Davison)
2) Third Doctor (Jon Pertwee)
3) Fourth Doctor (Tom Baker)
4) Seventh Doctor (Sylvester McCoy)
5) Second Doctor (Patrick Troughton)
6) First Doctor (William Hartnell)
7) Sixth Doctor (Colin Baker)
8 ) Tenth Doctor (David Tennant)
9) Eighth Doctor (Paul McGann)
10) Ninth Doctor (Christopher Eccleston)

Hmm, there's a few I haven't seen, but my list goes something like this:
4th Doctor
10th Doctor
^ definitely in the right position
3rd Doctor
6th Doctor
7th Doctor
9th Doctor
8th Doctor
1st Doctor
^ not so sure on the order of those... tends to change each time I write it down
5th Doctor
2nd Doctor
^ haven't seen them so no idea where they fit in

I used to think a lot more highly of 9 but he just didn't stick around long enough. I have to say, though, that I really couldn't survive without ALL of them. Even Tennant. xp

Every Doctor is different and each actor who plays him brings something new to the table so it is hard to compare them.
The writers...now that is something you can compare.
