A lot of people know about Ashbringer, be it lore or the controversey (sp?) about it being legendary in Outlands...

Well, I have some videos about this:

If you wield Corrupted Ashbringer in battle, the blade talk to you while you fight. Here's a video that has the audio for it:

And another thing about it is that if you equip it you become friendly with the Scarlet Crusade and if you go in the Cathedral, it triggers an event about the history of it. Seen here:

Also I found the files so you can hear the voices from having it in battle but not really have it. I like it, though I rather have the real thing... Rogues can't use 2h swords yet.. =P

Here are the files. Just Copy + paste these into your chat bar in game and listen.

1. I was pure once.

I've always wanted to see it in game. ;_; My paly is Prot, but I secretly lust after Frostmourne & all big, righteous swords... <3

I would reall love to have Ashbringer just to see that event and hear it talking in battle.

All I did was c+p what you posted directly into the chat & hit enter. It didn't show up in the /say, but I didn't hear any talk-y either.

Ok....... Something happens when I try to fix the files.. It should have two between SoundsCreaturesAshbringerASH_SPEAK_01.wav")

EditL: Gaia doesn't like it when you put two \ together, and just shows one... So yeah, put two between what I typed out.

That's some cool s**t. I wish I had the pacients to get attuned to Naxx then the pacients to find atleast a 30 man of 70's to go to the Death Knight wing and *pray* that it drops... It would be a very nice blade for my Paladin smile
