not marching band, drum corps! even though i don't play a brass instrument (stupid picc), i still can't get enough of the division one corps! i'd have to say my personal favorite is: THE CAVALIERS!!!i love their show "machine." if you havn't seen it, go check out my profile! NOW!

Machine was indeed an awesome show.
I didn't really like the one they did this year, though.
Bluecoats had a cool show this year, with the criminal theme.
It was the first time I'd ever seen a colorguard use their weapons as weapons.

Contrariwise Machine was indeed an awesome show. I didn't really like the one they did this year, though. Bluecoats had a cool show this year, with the criminal theme. It was the first time I'd ever seen a colorguard use their weapons as weapons. i know! that was pretty intense! i knew the bars were going to double as flags, i just knew it. it was brilliant. i thought it was the best-themed one. 3nodding

Aw...for Division I- I would have to say The Cavaliers, but this year's show was...not so good.
T ^T
Frameworks is my all time favorite.
For other drum corps- The Madison Scouts are awesome~my best.

I love the Cavaliers, but my favorite is the Academy.
Some of the people from Academy are in my marching band so I kind have a soft spot for them.

OMG I LOVE THEM ALL after seeing finals live I just can't get enough of it.
But my fav's go like this:
Phantom Regiment (AMAZING PERCUSSION!)
Bluecoats (AMAZING SHOWS)
Carolina Crown (JUST... AMAZING)
LOVE THEM.

to me, I have like a tie for my favorite drum corps. I really love the Blue devils and The cavaliers!
I also like The Phantom Regiment.
But I think in like a year my favorite drum corp is gonna be Carolina crown just because I'm going to audition for the guard! I can't wait!!!

But all of our visual staff and marching staff come from the Blue Devils. xD And some of our brass players get in it. Probably because one of our BDs writes the drill for the Blue Devils. C:

Phantom Baby!
All my buddies are Cavies fans and at our DCI parties I'm always the odd one out.
I live in Illinois and I have a former Phantom as my asst. Director and a former Cavie as a student teacher.
Gotta love Carolina Crown too. I have a friend in there.

confused I agree with you completely. ditto, i couldn't stand it. i don't have a favorite corp, but i loved criminal, it was so good. phantom also did great. the drill writer for our show does the drill for carolina crown
