Puppy's not a euphamism, is it? I mean you say "win a puppy", how do we know that by puppy you mean "puppy" and not "handful of gravel"?

You're absolutely right. A handful of gravel, a shovel, a door, a picture of a puppy, etc. are all not puppies.

I would like to win a puupy, but I already have 2 big dogs so, can you put it on hold? I always wanted a dog of my own, not shared like Lucky, and Jake.

But Lucky and Jake (especially Jake) are awesome dogs! ^_^ How could you ever want to replace them? And I still say Burger makes us a "Wiin a Kitten" thread, because it doesn't mean a real kitten. We won't actually have a kitten shipped to us in the mail... or will we?
