Alright, originally today's contest was going to be held in towns, but the darn place didn't load for me. Instead I give you another monstrosity birthed by my mind.
Without any further ado, I present want you have to do.Take this formula, it should help out greatly: H + 3 + 2^4 / 2 - 2 --> ?

I don't want to see any PMs in my inbox regarding this, if I do, you will be disqualified from the contest. You will eventually know what to do if you are following all that I've set up for you.
Anyway, there will be 3-5 winners, depending on how you guys perform.
I haven't set up a time limit because this is probably the most difficult puzzle I came up for you guys. So take your time in solving.
The prize will be decided upon later.
As for me, I've got to get going, and I leave Noi in charge.Don't bother Noi anymore I have three puzzles that need to be solved and the difficulty goes down with each puzzle.

i'll give it a shot
but i dont have a thinking brain on due to the fact i'm daydream too much today, its 11pm right now where i am and its the holidays, i do thinking at school and homework, not holidays
