Cheveyo: Living all alone now, contemplating courting Fiore. A man lover? Probably more stable.
Riome: Now the father of two teenage boys. Really, really, really wants more kids. A dozen more would be pretty awesome.
Dahih: Totally biting the bullet and getting mated, because it turns out he loves her more than he though. And he knocked her up.
Liluye: Has finally decided to focus her energy on becoming a matron. Looking for someone to learn from.
Orphen: Got his hands full looking after a somewhat disturbed little satyr boy. Trying hard to find Cael's family.

Breeding status: With Fiore, yes.
Residence: Cheveyo began building his home when he was a teenager. Its now quite large, with five bedrooms (all but one are now unused). Its built from the trees he had to clear out to make room for it, with a lean-to storage area on both sides. A large, open, grassy yard sits in front of it, with a large vegetable garden off to the side, and bright flowers growing wild along the front of the building.
Cheveyo's land has grown immensely since first moving there. The forest he owns expands quite a few yards from his house, most of it overgrown with countless game trails. He rarely leaves this area when hunting, so as to avoid intruding on the lands of other's. His back yard is quite small, ending with a steep cliff that overlooks three quarters of his property. Chev used to defend what he considered his land quite fiercely, but has become much more relaxed so long as he can still find food easily.
The Story: Cheveyo was raised by his protective mother, a pretty, frail cervitaur woman, who had done something that her then-mate hadn’t been able to forgive. She’d had an affair with a centaur, resulting in the birth of her only child. It was just the two of them and she was paranoid about losing him, almost never letting him leave the house. Sheltered until he was a teenager, Cheveyo never got out much until he hit the fifteen mark, and as a result he was incredibly awkward…and the butt of many-a-joke. He went through a brief period of being sexually confused, and was in the closet about it, even if people had an easy time telling. He had a bit of an uneven temper, and absolutely no social skills. As he got older, he calmed down, and thanks to those people who he was able to get along with, he learnt how to interact properly, and turned from a mean, cynical boy, to a grumpy, but compassionate man. This change is what he claims is the reason he was able to ‘woo’ his mate, Marcella, whom he had known since he was a teenager. He is now settled down, in his extensive home alone, now that his four kids have moved out, also playing host to his ‘brother’ Riome on occasion. Now that he’s older, he leads a quiet life, spending his free time hunting, carving, and fishing.
Personality: Cheveyo is grumpy and very old-fashioned. He has little tolerance for nonsense, and those who break the rules. He is cynical, and sarcastic, with a quick temper. But he is a caring and devoted father, and loyal to those he deems worthy. Its hard to earn his trust, or even become more than a mere acquaintance, but those who do get to see a very different side to the strict man. He can be very giving, and helpful, though almost always stand-offish.
Likes: Earning what he owns, building/making things, baked foods, children, fishing, hunting, wandering aimlessly.
Dislikes: Humans, most small animals, crowds, raw meat.
Fears: Heights (doesn't go near the cliff much)

Friends: Riome: Though not related by blood, Riome and Cheveyo ended up in a situation that Cheveyo tends to describe as being like ‘star-crossed brothers…I’m a happy little star, sitting there, twinkling, being happy…and he’s a shooting star, flying at me, and no matter how fast I run, I can’t get away.’ Regardless, Cheveyo feels a lot of affection for his annoying little soul brother. He just shows it in a unique way.
Liluye: The only harpy Cheveyo has ever met, and the only one he ever WANTS to meet. Judging from her, harpies are loud, annoying buzzards, with way too much energy and sneakiness. She shows up frequently, eats his food, makes a mess, then goes back home with him chasing her off, waving a broom.
Rolande Even though he’s an adult, Rolande is still Cheveyo’s rolly little puffball. He always has, and always will find Rolande adorable, and has a rather special soft spot for the foxtaur.
Amalthea Cheveyo hasn’t seen this young lady for a long time. She used to visit him frequently, but he supposed she went her own way. He misses her, she was a wonderful source of music.
Chane One of the few children that Cheveyo liked when he was a teenager. He was always freaked out by his leg, but tried to hide it. He hasn’t seen him for a long time.

Residence: Riome lives in a simple two-bedroom, mud brick home on the outskirts of Haventree. He doesn't spend enough time there to do much with it, so it has the necessities but no real garden to speak of. He did make a sort of front porch so he could relax outside, however. He lives alone, though he keeps the second room set up for his boys.
The Story: Riome is a energetic and mischievous man, something that hasn’t changed at all since he was a child. He met Cheveyo when he was young, and from day one ‘tormented’ the cervitaur. It took awhile, but as they got older, they went from mortal enemies to brothers. Riome says it was bound to happen, Cheveyo agreed, but says its only because some higher power was punishing him. Though, in a drunken state, Cheveyo admitted that he felt that it was ‘destined’, that he felt a ‘spiritual connection’ to the centaur. To which Riome replied ‘put down the bottle, and get out of the kitchen, you moron, that’s fire and it burns’. Now, he has his own home, but frequently spends a night or two with Cheveyo when he feels the need to catch up.
Personality: A trouble-maker, with an endless supply of energy. He's a mouthy little brat a lot of the time, but is still friendly. Has a quick temper, something that Cheveyo contributed too, via example. He loves to socialize, and is always willing to help out a taur in need. He's got a big heart, caring for anything from a small bird, to an orphaned naga boy. If you need sympathy, he's the one to go to. He has a huge soft-spot for animals, and hates seeing them hurt.
Likes: People/company/etc., the concept of magic, hot-headed and self-assured women, fishing (he always throws them back).
Dislikes: Being too heavily depended upon, being alone for too long, most meat (will tolerate seafood), seeing people suffer.
Fears: Don't tell anyone, but he's scared of spiders.
Goals: Raise his boys right.

Residence: Dahih doesn't live far from Riome, in a house that's very similar (they both bought them, as opposed to building). Despite this, the two aren't well acquainted, only getting together to drink. The difference between them is Dahih has made his house a home, with a cluttered but cozy interior, and a thriving garden in the back connected directly to his kitchen. He keeps the grass in front clear so he can lay wherever he wants. He's even built a stone fence around it to keep the kids from getting into his special 'herbs'.
The Story: Dahih was raised amongst the other Proudtails, in his average family of four, with what he likes to call a drama-free lifestyle. He has always been relaxed, perhaps too much so, and never goes out of his way to find excitement. The most Dahih ever does is play kickball, or go for a run when he has an out of place burst of energy. Other than that, he spends his time sitting out front his house, smoking herbs, and staring up at the sky wistfully. He’s almost never in a completely sober state of mind, being a fan of the herb, and drink. He’s usually forgiven, as he only does it in moderation, and handles it quite well. Often called a good-for-nothing by older centaurs. He got his scars in a fight with another taur. He won't say who it was, or what the fight was over.
Personality: Sarcastic, lazy, and a little rude most of the time. Tends to drop this attitude when he's around women, as he is a manwhore. Doesn't get along well with other men, because his manly attitude usually clashes with theirs.
Likes: Sweets, being outdoors, smoking, drawing (usually cave drawings)

Residence: Liluye lives on the cliffs over the ocean, with the other harpies. She made her nest on a rocky outcropping, at the mouth of a small cave in the side of the cliff, for protection against bad weather and heat.
The Story: Before she hatched, Liluye’s egg somehow found its way down to the base of the mountain, where she was found by Orphen, when he was barely two. He kept the egg, and after she hatched Cheveyo raised her for a short while, before he found a way to get her back to the other harpies. She doesn’t remember this, having been too young, and as far as she’s concerned, she hatched on the cliffs. Once she knew how to fly, she frequently snuck away and made her way down the cliffs to visit Orphen and Cheveyo, but was often caught by older harpies. After Orphen disappeared, she visited less and less often, and now she spends all her time with other harpies.
Personality: Eager, energetic, overly-friendly, and easily excited. Loves to compliment people, and enjoys the company of anyone. She's a hoarder, and loves to go on treasure hunts on the beach and in the forest around the cliffs. She misses her time spent with the four-leggers, but knows its safer with her own kind.
Likes: Flying, exploring, small animals, fruits, cooked meals
Dislikes: Water, felines, difficult problems, the colors red and yellow (danger colors), nagas

Goals: To have chicks, and get better with medicine.

Friends: Orphen – The one who found her (though she doesn’t know this) and for a long time, her best friend. They did most things together, up until he left to travel. Now that he’s back, they’ve yet to meet up again.
Cheveyo – He is a source of food, and amusement for the young woman, and when she leaves the mountain, she makes sure to visit Chev and his family, even just for a short while.
Dahih- She only met him once, and he seemed ok, but he was a trouble maker.
Norrin- Only met him once too, but he was very grumpy, and mean. She only knows that Orphen is with him.

Residence: Orphen made his home from an above ground cave, so it only has one room, thought it is quite large, with plenty of room for him. He spent a lot of time decorating it with flowers and lights (magical flame he bought from a cattaur), and even has a whole lot of rugs to make it more comfortable. Its a very cozy, pretty and relaxing place.
The Story: Orphen was found by Cheveyo at a very young age, alone and lost in a thunderstorm, trying to take shelter under a large leaf. Cheveyo took him in, and raised him into childhood. Orphen, when he could barely talk, found Liluye in her egg, and watched her hatch, but neither of them remember this. He was always shy, quiet, and easily frightened, and still is. When he was just a child, he met Norrin, and left with him to go traveling, without telling Cheveyo. Norrin raised him after that, helping him get over a couple of his many fears, until he was an adult. They both eventually fell for eachother. During an argument, Norrin scared Orphen, making him run, and hurt himself in the fire. Orphen came back to him, and they both tentively admitted how they felt, before returning, and visiting Cheveyo after all those years. He was born without antlers, for some reason. No one can explain it, as no one knows his heritage.
He recently adopted Cael, after finding the boy beaten in a cave.
Personality: Quiet, but friendly, and 'motherly'. He's helpful, and kind, and a little gender-confused. He adores children, and anything small that needs love and attention. He lavishes attention upon anyone that will let him, even going so far as to be somewhat of a personal maid.
Likes: Quiet, fishing, cuddling, birds, flowers, pretty things, cake.
Dislikes: Loud noises, thunder, rain, moths
Fears: The dark, and storms.
Goals: To have children.
Family: Cheveyo – His adoptive father, even if it was only for the first eight or so years of his life. Cheveyo did a lot for him, and even though Orphen ran off, is still willing to do whatever he can to help the golden cervitaur.
Friends: Norrin – Raised by and traveled with him for years and years, ever since Orphen was a child, and taught him how to survive on his own, and live in a number of places. He also helped cure some of Orphen’s more manageable fears. Now, they’re on much more affectionate terms.
Liluye – His old best friend, she was also getting him into, and quickly out of trouble, but was also there to make sure he had fun, and didn’t go back into his shell. It was thanks to her that he was able to leave the house without Cheveyo. He really wants to see her again.

The Story: Nilani was born into a large family, with seven sisters, and raised by his parents, his aunt, and his grandmother. He was the youngest, and because all of his sisters were very dominant and assertive, turned into a shy, naïve, and trusting boy, something that wasn’t common, especially in his family. His father is a big trickster, his mother is the queen of attitude, and his sisters take after her. Even his grandmother has an overbearing personality.
Personality: Shy, introverted, and gentle. When he opens up, and relaxes, his quite playful, and a little silly.
Likes: The outdoors, being around others, pies, playing, art

Residence: Addison lives out in the open, anywhere he pleases. Though he tends to stick close to Riome's house most of the time, because he enjoys being with his family. During the colder months, he lives in Riome's house, but doesn't seem bothered by rain, or the like, so is most often found in trees.
The Story: When he was just an egg, he was stolen by a not-so-sane naga, and lost in the ensuing chase. He was found a day or so later by the centaur Riome, who, after some hesitation, raised him. Now that he's grown, he's on his own, though a bit of a recluse. Its not that he dislikes people, just that he is usually as high in the trees as possible so he can bask in the sun.
Personality: Addison, being raised by a kind, and overly friendly taur, lacks all the coldness and cruelty often associated with being a naga. Though, lately he has been feeling come bitterness towards the way other taurs treat him. Addi is a shy, friendly, and very warm-hearted thing, thinking others should always come before himself, inspired by his father to be kind to everyone.
Likes: Meat, sleeping, finding things, sleeping, being warm.

The Story: After Baron's father died in a fight, when Baron was very young, his mother became depressed and antisocial. Whilst taking him for a walk, she just left him behind and didn't come back. He was found days later by a young widowed human woman, who took him in and raised him.
He lived with her, her brother, and her young daughter of approximately the same age as Baron. He was raised on a farm, in a human settlement that sat on the shore of Broken Bay. His mother and uncle are elderly, but still running the farm, with the help of the siblings, who are now full grown. Baron has only met a handful of taur
Personality: Playful, fun loving, and a bit of an airhead. He's energetic, and a flirt, regardless of the fact that most of the girls he knows are human.

Residence: She lives with her parents in a secure part of a cove, in an underwater cave of sorts. They're deep enough that they're away from the prying eyes of landtaur, but they still get plenty of sunlight. Airini and her mother have decorated the outside of their 'cave' with underwater plantlife, shells and trinkets.
The Story: Airini led an easy, privileged life. She never had to work for anything (still doesn't) and was generally pampered by her mother, being the only daughter in the family. She was also the youngest, so her brothers were very protective, leading to a somewhat sheltered life. She still lives with her parents, while all but one of her brother's have moved out to start their own family. Now, Airini spends a lot of time exploring the coastline, and getting as close to the deep part of the ocean as she dares. She collects any and all trinkets, so long as they're pretty, and is thinking of selling them.
Personality: Carefree, friendly, and empathetic to a fault. She upsets easily over the misfortune of others, and when something happens, she tends to sulk and be a little bit of a brat. Tends to have a ‘princess’ personality. Preens a lot, and cares about her appearance.
Likes: Singing, floating on the surface of the water and ‘sunbathing’, meeting new people, flowers and pretty things.
Dislikes: Things not going her way, people being upset, puffer fish (childhood ‘trauma’), not much else.

Residence: Kolina lives a half-hour walk from her baby-daddy Cheveyo, in a nice, well-kept, quaint cottage with three (two unused) bedrooms. She has opened up her home as a sort of 'bed and breakfast' to anyone who may need a place to stay. The front yard is fenced, and overflowing with brilliant flowers of all shapes, sizes, and colours. Her home can be seen from the road, though there is a short walk to get there.
The Story: Having been born in the village, she lived there until she was ten years old, where she was neighbours, and friends, with Cheveyo. They'd known eachother since she was little, and stayed tight even though he was four years older than her. Then she moved moved off into the forest with her father, mother, and sister. Her father, being somewhat elderly, wanted to live out the rest of his life in peace. She lived out in the forest, away from society, until very recently. Her ailing mother passed on, and after months and months of grieving, Kolina decided she needed to move on, and returned to the town she was born in.
Personality: Friendly, and loving, she's a bundle of affection. She likes just about everyone she meets, without really getting to know them. Despite how innocent and airheaded she may act, she's quite intelligent.
Likes: People, animals, flowers (especially Fairy Duster), and...everything nice really.
Dislikes: Being alone, too much quiet
