also discuss/compare greek to roman mythology

Well, this is kinda a mix between the topics of this thread and the thread about top gods. I've always like the stories about Artemis, because she is my fave goddess! There are some other ones that I like, such as Cupid and Psyche... The one where Apollo's son gets scorched cuz he can't control Apollo's chariot is also one of my favorites. There are a bunch of other ones that i like, probably more than these, but I can't think of them off the top of my head....

She was a human. neutral Well a mortal can be in a roman/greek legend just as much as any God. Just Gods and tend to get more attention than mortals. For obvious reasons.

Man you want interesting stuff, go with Persian mythology. That stuff is messed up. Or the ancient Judaic stories. Those are just nuts. Like the story of Lillith. That's pretty cool.
Also, Incan mythology is really facinating. They have a lot less magic, and a lot more human sacrifice.

I love Aztec and Mayan mythology xD I don't know quite so much about the Incans though..
But anyway, Greek mythology...I've always really liked Aphrodite, Apollo, Artemis and Eirene.
And I've just recently picked up a fascination for Dionysus and the Titans :]
