Cool are you going to update the first page? and maybe organize it too?
I'll edit mine as soon as I find more events.
Highland Games Sept 1-2
http://www.caledonian.org/games/gamesmain.htmlIt's a pretty big event with food, music, vendors, reenactments, and bag pipes! They have the usual weapon vendors that you may find in anime/fantasty/comic conventions. But they also have others. It's pretty good. As for me, one day was enough.

NorCal Ren Faire Sept 8 - Oct 14
http://www.norcalrenfaire.com/It's in Gilroy. This one is big as well and they hold it every year. And they have everything, music, food, and characters. They have jousting as well. They also have vendors and a costume store, its expensive but worth it. Since it's they're there for more than a month, they also have themed weekends and two of them are pirate invasion weekends!
