A few months ago I found a link for a download that would let me read Korean script on the computer.

My computer is a Dell 2003, so it's kinda of old. I know the newer computers can read foreign language scripts without this download.

So....does anyone have a link to the download? I'm not exactly sure what it's called.... ^^;;

i think your computer has it, it just needs to be activated.
go into control panel-->language-->regional and language options-->change keyboards--->add (the language you want)-->and click on microsoft IME under the name of the language.

hope it helps. if not, i think you should play around with it.
