I wanted to ask Shazzy if the ships had engines or not. I knew they had sails, but I was wondering what kept them aloft (except the sails, of course).

The Alfard ships (or generally advanced ships) could move and keep aloft with engines; other ships float on their own through a standard, invisible cushion of Magna Energy (think, magical essense stuff) but require either manpower or the wind to actually get anywhere.
Some ferries might use large flying creatures to basically tow or support the boat, only dragons have pretty much died out.
So, yeah. >.o;

*hehe* My first post in the BBK OOC thread. And I'd like to see whenever I see "BBK" I think of burger king, so this is probably the last time I'll type it that way. Second!

You know, I've always hated that pirate, the ROFL, and "Talk To The Hand" emoticons. They simply...strike me as noobish. But, what can I say? Pirate roleplay. Pirate emoticon. Heh. They fit. I'm a genius. pirate heart
Anywho, that being said, I'm joining this arpee, Shazzeh, midear. As soon as I get a stinkin' profile. I've read through the entire two pages (which took longer than two pages should because you all are wonderful, and make your posts lengthy *clap clap*) and know the positions of all the characters.
