I'm activly working on learning Energy Manipulation and Meditation. So does anyone have tips, specific books or sites they think would be particularly helpful in such studies? Anything and everything is helpful! 3nodding



Yeah, I've got alot of these. <.<; Of most import is the fact that I am attempting to build up as much knowledge on spirits as I can, for future use. This is anything from methods of contacting them, to specific spirits that you happen to know about, to general knowledge on types of spirits. As before, everything is extremely helpful. ^_^

I'm also very curious about different methods of Divination and Magick in general. So hit meh with it! ;Paints a target on his chest.;

Psychic development is also an interest!

Maybe you need "Normal" life help, I'm very good with that sort of thing. Need a volunteer for a project you're working on, I'm glad to put myself forward!

Ok... here you go... everything that I know about spirits...

1) 99% of the time when they come my way, they're lost and confused.
2) about .5% are evil, and wish to destroy and/or reak havoc before being shipped off to the other world.
3) most, if not all that I've come across, existed at one point, in either this world, or some other world, or wished that they existed in another world.

Here's a funny story... I was, by no fault of either my own nor by the summoner, was summoned to another reality. He had no idea as to what he was doing, and I just happened to be in the wrong place at the wrong time. I tried to tell him that I wasn't dead, but only meditating, and he was too freaked out to let me go. Long story short, his teacher walked in the room, apologized, and let me go. So, if you go off summoning spirits, know that sometimes, you'll get someone who might just be meditating, or trying their extraplainer stuff, and they won't be too happy about it.

You're doing close to exactly what I designed my energy manip class for... But then it went out of business because I felt bad teaching people how to do stuff they could always do sweatdrop .


I know almost a little bit of everything dealing with pscience.


Well... the steps to dealing with energy I suggest in following are:

1: Define Reality

2: Define yourself

3: Define your emotions

4: Ignore the definitions they'll get in the way

5: Realize that logic has a brother, his name is "shut the hell up". He is as close to evil as you could find, constantly distracting you from true things.

6: Define yours and others' perception

7: Practice energy works and try to divide imagination from truth

8: Think of whether or not LoBo's lame list of stuff helped.

By "define" I mean realize the meaning of, figure out what it not only means to you, but to everything.
I just realized last night (with the help of Sam quoting the matrix) that reality is not only what we perceive, reality is what's there. Reality is what we make of it in our own minds... reality is what we make it in our own minds. Reality also exists on its own. In all reality, reality is confusing as hell when you think about it too much sweatdrop

With meditation... there are probably hundreds of complicated meditations out there and many key factors to them.
The two basic meditations I know of are letting yourself lose yourself in nothing, and letting yourself lose yourself in everything.

most meditations start with relaxation. The easiest way to relax your muscles is to just tense them and then relax them.

To lose yourself in everything; relax, then you focus on every little detail of every single mm./cm. in./ft. of your body and focus on it all.

To lose yourself in nothing you relax then you let your thoughts drift until you aren't thinking anymore.

It is extremely complicated and hard to explain how to "stop thinking" but it happens...

Another key factor in meditation is breathing. I can't begin to explain the importance of breathing and different breathing techniques. That's what I have my ebook for. Want me to email it to you?


I never really got into witchcraft or mysticism but I know psi pretty well. I also know some alchemy stuff and have over 50mb of text on alchemy and a lot of alchemy circle patterns and theories... and blah... Alchemy is science of magick, no matter how you put it.

and also visit www.mprilc.frih.net go to energy manip, then articles by skill level, then browse them all. That is where all my new lessons went to. It teaches the psiball, energy manip, tk, pk, meditation, and etc. everyone I asked says that it's pretty good.


I used to tell people to ask me anything and I would give them an answer. If I didn't already know the answer to their question I would figure it out by researching and stuff and finally come back with an answer. It's a technique used by the teacher of the author of "amulets and superstitions" it's a kool book 3nodding

Not much to advise you with chief, except my own personal rule when it comes to working with entities: treat them with respect. You can get stuff done by treating folk as equals just as much as you can by bullying them.

Fairly well actually. ^_^ I've been working with psionics lately and I seem to be making progress. I've also found that I seem to be imune to psivamp draining. <.<; ;Will go into detail if someone is interested.;
