Amegakure (雨隠れの里, Amegakure no Sato?, lit. "Village Hidden in Rain") is situated in an unnamed country. The country's borders are highly defended, and those wishing to pass through it are subject to constant surveillance for the duration of their stay. As it is situated between three of the Five Great Shinobi Nations, it serves as a battlefield for their wars, and most of the population consists of war refugees.

Unlike most villages, everything within the walls of the city itself seems to be made of metal. Though this is just the outides of the buildings. If it were metal all the way through... well, the constant storms would just bea pain in the but.

Mihn was out of breath when he finally came to a stop. He now was standing on top of one of the largest building’s rooftop. He had finally managed to sneak away from his group in, hoping to be able to get some much need rest. The last couple of years there had been nothing but training, missions, and not to mention battles. A cool wind swept down the mountain and over the buildings. That is why he had picked this building from all of the others. It faced the Junsui Mountains, and to its back was the entire village. The coming of the Go-Ryu masters h ad changed the village too, much more drastically than anything else did. Whereas the village used to be small, quiet, and quaint, it was now noisy, and over populated with the refugees of other villages. It is not that Mihn does not like the fact that his village was helping the others; it is just that there were so many.

“I wonder if Kumiko decided to stick around with sensei…,”Mihn said. There were many people down below, and he knew not one. Most of the inhabitants of the village now were from other countries. Most of the shinobi still wore their old villages’ headbands, holding onto what was lost. Thoughts of the Go-Ryu masters attacking the village had recently became familiar to Mihn. There was not anything he could do to stop them, but he would protect his village until either they were defeated or he died.

After seating himself on the edge of roof with his feet dangling, an uncounted amount of minutes passed. He was leaning back on his hands, eyes closed, enjoying the fresh breeze that blew though his hair occasionally. The sun had just begun to peek out from behind a cloud, which, Mihn though, was a blessing. Here in The Village Hidden in the Rain many a day passed without a single unblocked ray of light touched the earth. Mihn welcomed the warm, comforting glow, knowing that he would be unable to sneak a break such as this for an indefinite amount of time.

Shinore wandered through Amegakure. Listening to the hustle and bustle of the people. Sighing he stopped by a shop to buy some rice. Two years ago he was a beggar. Yet now he had opened shop, money was the one thing he seemed to have to much of. The sannin walked over next to a river to eat his meal. Even though he seemed to be having a nice day in the city, he was still thinking about his little brother.

More time passed by, but what seemed like hours were just minutes. Not even thirty minutes had passed since Mihn seated himself on the side of the roof, but it had seemed like hours. Mihn’s mind was in a slowed state of relaxation. And as much as he didn’t want to admit it, he knew he should be doing something more productive with his time than just sitting idly, watching people pass below him. With all of his willpower, Mihn managed to stand up. He forced his body to snap out of the lazy, dazed like trance it was in and began his decent from the building. He climbed down the side of the building just by focusing the correct amount of chakra into his feet, just as he had trained himself to do when walking up trees.

His feet landed silently on the ground after jumping off the side of the building. Mihn stood shortly in the spot where he landed, then turned in the direction of the training grounds where he would reunite with his sensei.

At 5:55am Kai was at the Amegakure gates all packed with his little backpack. They looked stupid but they were the most comfortable type of bag to carry around so one had to make some sacrifices. Mawagi was also carrying a little pouch of her own and it was quite cute actually.

Anyway, he waited.

Rush arrived at the gates at what he thought was the earliest, but alas, Kai-Sensei was already there. As was Mawagi, both with similar bags. He walked up and looked down at Mawagi's pouch thing,

"Hehe, nice . . .so we just waitin' for the others I suppose. . ."

He commented slightly quietly as he pet Mawagi. Heh, dogs were one of the coolest animals ever. Go figure having Kai as his Sensei.

Kova came walking up rubbing his eyes. Staying up late studying made his eyes quite sore. The late night studying although paid off very well. He learned a lot about the area's they were going to go venture into. That information could come in handy. But he walked up to the gate and looked at Rush and Kai. Yawning he manged to say.

"Good morning you guys."

[Saku got here with Kai. >> totally cuz i was posting in the wrong place...]

Saku joined the group last, munching on breakfast as she arrived. She'd been there earlier but had left thinking she had plenty of time to go get food. She muttered good morning to everyone and appologized to Kai for taking so long.

Kova looked up at Saku as she ate. Which reminded him. He still needs to eat food but he can take something out of his bag if necessary. But he looked up and waved to her. He new it was time to get going so he walked to Kai and told him everything he knew about the area's they were going to venture in.
Better letting him know, since he is superior than Kova.

Kross had finally opened his eyes to start his journey on becoming a shibobi. He was still waiting for the confirmation of his application, so he decided to take a stroll on the streets of Amegakure. The village streets were echoing with talk. Kross looked around to see if there were any familiar faces, but sadly, nobody seemed recognizable.

Kross ran towards the gates, looking for something in particular, "for some company" he supposed. He was also looking for something else to do while waiting. By the gates, he saw some figures of shinobi from a mid distance. By assumption, he thought that they were setting out for a mission. He hid behind a nearby post, carefuly observing how those shinobi might act. He decided not to get close enough, as he knew that those shinobi were really trained and could sense him even at his present distance from them.

Those shinobi were totally unlike him. Kross, at that time, was not even in the ranks of a rookie. At some point, he was very excited about entering the academy. At another point, he slightly convinced himself that those shinobi were people to look up to, while on the other hand, he couldn't wait to get his hands on a Kunai/Shuriken set, and set out on an adventure by himself, without any validation or ranks as a Shinobi of Amegakure.

Knowing that he could not do anything more that observe, and knowing that the 4 man cell that he say by the village gates were already preparing to leave, he decided to move away from there. He thought of where to go next, but he did not know where to go. (LOL)

"I guess this is the reason behind the wait. Sight Seeing!", he thought.

He explored some more of the village. He passed through the busy town again and tried to think of where to go next while he walked by countless, unknown faces. He thought going to the place that seemed like a sacred shrine, by the looks of that very noticable gate. He found out that it was actually a graveyard.

Going to: Amegakura Graveyard

After his attempt to see the Graveyard, he went back to the village.

Back in the village, Kross now seemed a little bored, and had nowhere else to go. He simply did not want to be seen right now. Perhaps, this was the time that the mood of indifference started to get to him. The rain was still pouring.

"I think I need to get out of the rain now," he thought.
And so, he went straight home.

((haha saku, saw that. I just pictured an elaborate overdramtin scenario.

Saku arrives at the training ground.

Saku:Yes. . .I am the first one to arrive. Never again will i be last, or hold the group back! It's Saku's time to shine! AHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Meanwhile-everyone else standing at the gates

Kai:Man, we've been waiting for saku for over an hour now. . .

Rush:No kidding. Where could she be.

Kova: You did say we were meeting here right?

Kai: I thought I did . . .

Training ground

Saku:AHAHAHAHAHAhahahahahahahahahahahahahaha . . . Alright, I've been laughing maniacly for an hour or two now, how early am I? . . .

Yes i have an over active imagination . . .))

Rush stood idlely as Kova drove his information on to Kai-Sensei. Hopefully they'd be able to leave soon. Rush wasn't all that patient. He began to twirl his senbon, now making sure Saku wasn't too close, not wanting to make her uncomfortable again. After a few minutes of zoning out, he spoke in anticipation, reguardless of if anyone else was currently talking as he spaced out,

"So, we ready to leave or what?"
