Durring this RP, I will be using an NPC to set up complex mysteries for the members to investigate and solve. These mysteries may be easy, or they may be difficult. Most of the time, you should be able to help solve them just by the clues given in the post, if not, you may have to actually search the web for clues that I have put out across it. Interesting, huh?
One last thing before we get this started.
Me being the GM and all, I have special powers that others do not.
The powers consist of, but are not limited to: Dry eyes (lol, joke), changing the weather, teleporting everybody to a new location, and killing off players that I see fit to die.

It is a dark and dreary night in a bustling city in the North Kanto region of Japan. Crimes have been happening more and more often as of late, and the local PD (Police Department) has failed at stopping this mayhem. Because of this, a secretive person has set out to gather a group of people, mainly teenagers that think quite sharply, to fight the crime with vigilante justice.
Nitsuj was walking around the city when he saw a man running away from a convenient store, he tackled the man. It turns out the man had just robbed the store. Later that evening, Nitsuj is confronted by a cloaked figure with a disguised voice and asked to gather up some people to help lower the crime rates.
(OOC: One last thing, do not say that you've had contact with this secret person, do not claim to be him/her, or find out who he/she is.)

Chris headed for the local hotel so that he could go and get some sleep. He had been up since 5:00 in the morning trying to figuire out the recent murder's and talking to suspect's. Chris saw Nisuj and said, " Hello, Whats up?"

He gets slightly irritated by being disturbed this early in the morning,
but seems chatty at the same time.

Chris turned and waved to Jenna. Chris then turned back to Nisuj and said, " You havent seen a man who calls himself Nille Mike have you? Im looking for him because of the many death's and crime's that he has done in my hometown."
