Hi! You guys probably don't know who I am yet, but i'm Laharl! Anywho....
I went to go get a Japanese rock CD for a good band (Gackt) and I feel as though I just got freakin' tricked.
The clerks asked me what band I liked. I told them Gackt and they brought out 2 cases.
1 of them had a Final Fantasy Dirge of Cerberus symbol on it, and the other was a soundtrack called Love Letter
So, I'd heard of Love Letter before, but I didn't know gackt had an album with the Dirge of Cerberus. Thing on it, so I bought it
Got in the truck to listen to it, and the first words I read were:
Final Fantasy Dirge of Cerberus Official Soundtrack.
There was no mention of the word "soundtrack" by the clerks or the box. So now I feel like I just fell for fraud. The music isn't bad though.

If you were unsure, you shouldn't have bought anything in the first place. But, if you like the music anyway, why complain? Just go to a more trustworthy music store and try again.

First of all, I seriously doubt and I mean DOUBT that in Kansas, there is another Music store which sells Japanese Music CD's. So there is most likely no other option besides buying online, which isn't always trustworthy.
Second off, I was "tricked" in the sense that I assumed my product was an "All-Gackt" album. Therefor meaning that I was "tricked". And if you didn't know, Tricked is a word which means to be deceived. I was deceived in not knowing that the product bought was in fact a Soundtrack from said game.
*sigh* But, then again, I constantly forget that my opinion is extremely void anyways, so I guess there was no point in the first place. Sorry for wasting your time with 2 useless posts.

Aww don't take things so seriously. There has to be some GACKT on the CD right? Or else they wouldn't have shown it to you. So maybe they just didn't understand what you meant by a Gackt CD (They coulda figured some GACKT = GACKT CD) . O.o Hey is the soundtrack cd newer? Maybe they thought you wanted a NEW GACKT cd. And that was the best they had.
ANYWHO opinions are what posting is all about. ninja

Hey, slow down compadre. Things like this happen, crooks and terrible people run the system in America, and you just happened to run into those kinds of people. Don't take it so hard on yourself, don't gotta be an a** about it though. stare
Anyhow, can't you go to the cops about this? False advertising is what it sounds like to me. you can find something in the legal system, and hopefully get your money back, or better yet, the law finds your CD for you, to save you the trouble. It's an idea, just an idea. mrgreen
