Well, I'm back from my unannounced vacation (yeah, posting on Shabbat), and brought back a nice little item with me. Yesterday I got my first Mezuzah. biggrin

SWEET! (also posting on shabbos >.> I suck this weekend. So much going on in my family I just needed this week to chill, my parents are fighting so much right now)
That is freaking awsome that you got a Mezzuza!!! ::high five and gives you a kosher cookie::
That's so fun, I can't wait till I can get a Mezzuzah, but I don't see that as being anytime too soon sad (sadness sad ))

Divash Heh. Posting on Shabbat to squee about a new mezuzah. rofl So, did you buy the mezuzah (scroll) or just the pretty case that the scroll goes into? I got the scroll. And, after the trip back, I needed to relax online.

I just put it up about twenty minutes ago. biggrin
I wish I could put it on my dorm door, but I'm worried about it being stolen.

what did you use to put it up with?
1 and 1/2 inch woodscrews are hard to rip off a wall.

LordNeuf what did you use to put it up with? 1 and 1/2 inch woodscrews are hard to rip off a wall. It came with some sticky stuff (like tape) on it, and I used that to put it up at my house.

Dis Domnu LordNeuf what did you use to put it up with? 1 and 1/2 inch woodscrews are hard to rip off a wall. It came with some sticky stuff (like tape) on it, and I used that to put it up at my house. I have that for my mezzuza on my door post and it got all unsticky so it keeps falling off each time someone slams my door crying
