Seriously like Eccentric said, it gets old after a while.

One thing that pisses me off is in another guild im in, there is just me and the owner as crew, and when we ban OLD people who joined and never posted they send bloody PMs 'Why did you ban me you b***h?'

Inactivity. Besides, the guild died anyways. And was already on its deathbad while I was banning.
