Kamikage City has long been abandoned. It was once a large metropolis, now but a mere shadow of it's former glory. Only a few social outcasts, and bands of thieves still live here. Most of the buildings are crumbling and unstable. It''s a quiet place, but also a dangerous place. This makes it Ideal for fighting. There are lots of places to hide. But there are also a few good open areas, some of which are a square mile or more. It offers many types of urban terrain.
The rules here are the same as in the Shadow Arena. Have fun.
