"Anything off the trolley, Dears?"
That's right: it's the Official Thread for all Harry Potter Candies!
Feel free to talk about all your favorite (and least favorite) Harry Potter related candies.
But wait, haven't tried any? This is your chance to say which ones you do want to try, and which ones you rather not try. There will also be numerous feedback on weither some of these products are good or bad.
Remember, this thread is for dicussing HP candies. Try to keep on topic.
Most importantly: Have fun!

I'd be a bit nervous to try Bertie Bott's, but licorice snaps sounds dangerous. Don't they bite? D:

I love the idea of Sugar Quills. I have tried the every flavor beans - mostly because I wanted the cloth bag as a keeper for various odds and ends like a rare quattro quantum healing stone I always keep on me. Once I tried every flavor, now if I buy a bag, I pick out the yuckies - vomit, boogies, sardine, etc. and enjoy the rest. I had 3 such "edited" bags when I went with friends to see OOP.

Oo.. I want to try Sugar Quills too!
I discovered Bertie Bott's Every Flavored Beans during Christmas actually. I've tried most of them, with the exception, of course, of Vomit and Bogey. I did try Sardine and Rotten Eggs. I suggest not to eat Rotten Eggs unless you want to puke.
I also bought Blood Pops the other day, when I was out of town. They're verey good! Be prepared to have a very red tongue though, they put dye on the outside layer of the lollipop so it looks like real blood. But in all, it's good. Tastes like strawberries. 4laugh

I've had the bertie blotts, and I must say, we're luckier in that respect than the characters in the books... our bertie blotts come with a little piece of paper telling us what's what! They have to guess! I'm rather fond of the toasted marshmallow/chocolate beans combination.
I want to try chocolate frogs and sugar quills for the simple fact that I love chocolate and sugar! I'm a candy addict (hence the fact that this topic caught my eye!)
I would also try blood pops, just because they're called blood pops, and I'm one of those freaks with a vamnpyr fetish. I love the vampy peoples.
I would not try a cockroach cluster, because *ew* doesn't it have nuts? I hate nuts... or did it just look like nuts... hm... i dunno, but it doesn't sound very tasty.
No offense to Fred and George, of course, but I also wouldn't try any Skiving Snackboxes. I'd rather sit through class, honestly. Maybe that's because I'm noe of those weird girls who likes to learn, i dunno.
My brother had Ice Mice once, but they only had one pack at the store (I got some Bertie Blott.. they were selling harry potter candy in honor of the movie) and he wouldn't share!

They have to guess! I'm rather fond of the toasted marshmallow/chocolate beans combination. thats the fun of them! if your in a big group, everyone has fun guessing and arguing...Its no fun on your own...no one to laugh at you when you eat a gross flavor... As for sugar quills and chocolate frogs...YUMS!!! I've always wanted to try those...and the fizzing Whizbees...I've ALWAYS wanted one of those...

Yummy!!!
I'm always a bit scared about the Every Flavor Beans, but I've tried them. Even the nasty ones. (well....not all of them of course! Sardine? YUCK!!)
The chocolate frogs are yummy, of course. I like the cards that come inside of them.
I'd like to try the blood pops. I've seen them at Borders but I imagine they have a cherry or strawberry flavor to them.
I've also had the Fizzing Whizzbees. I wasn't too impressed with them. Kinda yucky, actually.
Has anyone tried the butterbeer yet? I haven't. My sister said it tasts like butterscotch soda.......

Hmm drobbles , sry dont know the spelling but that gum sounds awesome! Sugar quills would be sorta like pixie sticks, wouldn't they? Ive had the every flavor bean before, gross ones were disgusting xp But I haven't had the blood pops, and they were selling them at Borders at the mall. Should have gotten them.

lorraineleigh Yummy!!! I'd like to try the blood pops. I've seen them at Borders but I imagine they have a cherry or strawberry flavor to them. Well of course.... but still! Like I said, I have a vamnpyr fetish (I blame my mother and endless Buffy the Vampire Slayer marathons... Angel is so HOTT!), so I'd try them just because of that!
