So I love the books, but i like to listen to them on tape. I know it's silly, but I like listen to them at the gym. I really only like ones read by tennant, he has a good reading voice and the voices he does for the other characters are great!! i know i'm weird...

I've only read a couple of the Doctor Who books, but they were Second and Third Doctor stories. What are the ones about the new series like? *Considers trashing Borders*
Muninn: I love your signature! Is the second one in Prince George from Blackadder?

rainyeyes29 Muninn: I love your signature! Is the second one in Prince George from Blackadder? yes, and the first one (if you didn't recognize) is Stephen Fry from Jeeves and Wooster. I'm a bit of a Hugh Laurie fan

I'm a Hugh Laurie fan too! He's one of the reasons I want to act professionally (the other two are Chris Barrie and David Tennant) so I can work with him.
As to the books, I think it's brilliant. I've got one of the new books (The Last Dodo) and I love it.

YAY! More books!
Funny thing is, that my Dad uses these as a bartering tool to get me to do things. Yeah it's usually along the lines of "Hey I need to go out today to get some stuff, wanna come- we'll stop by borders to get you another DW book" but then I usually end up paying for it. XD
Haha.. Hugh Laurie is awesome.

Woot! more books! If they get enough I wonder if the library will have its own section as I spent ages in the big library trying to find some Dr who books in the library but i only found the earlier serieses and one 9th Dr. one... and i looked on the computer and each of the other books was like in a different section... PUT THE DAMN DOCTOR WHO BOOKS IN THE SCI-FI SECTION!!! ALL OF THEM NOT JUST SOME!!!!!!!!! evil [/rant]

Got Wooden Heart yesterday. Not quite as good as The Last Dodo, but still great in its own way.
Just got to get Sting Of The Zygons now and I'll have all the Tenth Doctor books... until next month when the next ones come out...

Oooo that pirate one sounds good (mainly because it says 'pirate')
speaking of books...I was browsing through a book store the other day and came across a book called 'the science of doctor who'...and it looked rather interesting.
Anyone read/have/heard of it? If so what do they think? I'm not sure whether to get it or not....

I've read a review of it, and the blurb on the back of the book. It sounds like it explains all the real scientific facts used in Doctor Who and discusses whether time travel really is possible.
Can't say I've actually read it myself though.

Eirwyn Why are they all hardcover now? I refuse to pay $13 for my Who! :X I want the paperbacks again! Seriously! That's a little too much. And the only ones I've seen have the Doctor and Rose. I haven't seen any with Martha yet.
Not that I have anything against Rose.....
