ok i had a guild before and i love helping way more than partisapaitng so i was wondering wat will i need to accomplish inthis guild to earn respect and move up to a crew (i only joined yesterday16th aug)but i already made a contest wich thers little of and post a few times blaugh

First off, you can't just ask to be promoted to crew. Just try to be helpful around the guild.

It's up to the guild captain to decide whether or not to promote a guild member to crew. Just try to be helpful and stay active.
