If you want a ticket for the lotto, each ticket costs 50 gold, then send a trade.
The prizes are depend on how many people buy tickets, but all prizes will be at least 150 gold. If enough people participate, items may be awarded, I will not have rip-off items as prizes, like some of the quest items, you can get them yourself.
