OK, I'll get straight to the point... Where the heck is Negi's mother? Why isn't she given any kind of spotlight? Heck, its like the whole concept of someone being Negi's mother is drowned by the Nagi hype...
I have some ideas about that, and one is that there is sooo much estrogen in Negi's life (Nekane and Anya, his class. Go figure.) that they didn't really put much emphasis on the topic of his mother... but then again, not even a peep? What's up with that?
Anyone who is curious like me about this one?

Well, im interested, but what can you do about it? I just don't think that Akamatsu is ready yet. Either that or her can't think of a reason

Akamatsu has still long ways to go anyways... so let's just wait and see.... anyone else who wants to share their thoughts?

The manga isn't finished yet, and its got a long way to go, his mother might be in wales and know the location of Nagi, so everybody tries to find him. thats one way it can end. confused Or she's dead with the rest of the village, [but would that had to happen before the demons came?] Maybe Nekane IS Neg's mother. eek

Nekane being Negi's mother.... Somehow, I don't like the sound of that... But anyways, the manga has a long way to go, as you said, so we'll just have to wait... The thing that has been bothering me is the fact that akamatsu has not even mentioned at least someone being negi's mother... But anyways, let's just wait and see...

i think maybe dat negi's mother died and akamatsu jus couldnt be bothered. maybe it might be in the later volumes of negima manga cus according 2 wiki there is still more 2 come.

I sure hope they don't say that Negi was born without the use of a mother. Hopefully. ^___^;

lol I once heard a theory of Asuna possibly being Negi's mom. Don't ask me how, but i think there is a possiblity. (I would hope not because i'm still a Asuna/Negi fan xd )

If not, can you direct me to the manga where they talked about it? o_o If this is the case... Imagine if Asuna and Negi were related? That'd be like... Lets see... Asuna would be one of his aunts. o_o;;;
