~Rules of the Guild~
In case you missed them...

1. Know and abide by the Gaia ToS
Any violation of the TOS agreement, will result in immediate expulsion from the guild. There will be no questions asked and no excuses made.

2. PG-13!!!!!!
Please, please, please keep it PG-13, no matter how irresistible it may seem to do otherwise. You can always put anything containing non-PG-13 material in link form with a warning that it is in fact not PG-13.

3. Keep in mind that this is not the chatterbox.
While it's great to make random posts, try to make sure they have some relevance. If someone makes a comment that makes you smile, I have no problem with you posting an emote in response, but page stretchers are HIGHLY annoying, and I frankly dislike taking the time to delete such posts. Annoying the Captain, Vice Capatin, or any of the mods is just not smart. Trust me.

4. Please be vaguely at home with the English language.
I'm not asking for grammar freaks and I will not tolerate flaming of someone who makes spelling or grammatical errors, but I would like to be able to be able to grasp what you are trying to say in your posts... I shouldn't have to put this as a rule, but I've seen some very scary posts around Gaia.

5. Don't be a moron.
When posting, stop and think. If you could under any circumstances describe what you're about to do as half-witted, inane, imbecilic, asinine, or just plain stupid, DON'T DO IT. In case you're still not clear on it, flaming, fighting, breaking ToS, spamming, and being a nasty little terd would all fall under the category of just plain stupid.

6. Please remember that you're part of this guild.
This isn't exactly a rule, but it's still important. It's annoying when people join and never post. I will check post counts. I'm not asking for weekly essays, but it's nice to see that members are actually logging on and participating every once in a while. If you haven't posted in a long time and I get bored, I will probably take the opportunity to have a chat with you about it. As we've already established, it's not smart to annoy the Captain.
